I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for design and price options before deciding on buying. I also made it very clear that I was only looking for ideas and I'd need to bring my engagement ring in to see what would match with it. And if I decided to buy, I would come back at a later time. He was desperate for me to buy any ring, even if I didn't like it. He kept pushing me very aggressively and rudely. His responses to me throughout the visit.... "Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow? Monday? Tuesday?".... and more. It was an awful experience. I spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and not forced to buy something I didn't want. Very shady business practices.

While it did take quite awhile I will say my grandfather's watch is beautiful, functions as it should, and now can be worn as I please thanks to the Clock Specialist. I did want to note it wasn't wet tested as with a nearly 50 year old watch and parts that are hard to come by it would be best not to risk losing its current functionality. With that being said, I have zero need to take this watch diving or near any body of water that would risk damaging it so I'm very happy with the work/restoration job that was done.
