The other one was my wedding ring which the center diamond needed to be tightened (Still working thank Goodness, a bit lose but hanging there). Last item was a necklace which had a broken clasp. I am allergic to anything but gold and before they repaired it i made sure to ask if they were replacing it with another gold one. They said yes and charged me for a gold clasp. I started noticing my neck breaking out and turning black, took off my necklace and the clasp is completely black! They lied to me about the metal, they charged me for gold and everything so far has been unable to use. I definitely don't trust them anymore!

I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for design and price options before deciding on buying. I also made it very clear that I was only looking for ideas and I'd need to bring my engagement ring in to see what would match with it. And if I decided to buy, I would come back at a later time. He was desperate for me to buy any ring, even if I didn't like it. He kept pushing me very aggressively and rudely. His responses to me throughout the visit.... "Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow? Monday? Tuesday?".... and more. It was an awful experience. I spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and not forced to buy something I didn't want. Very shady business practices.

I spotted a keyboard I was…read moreinterested in and I asked the woman behind the counter if I could test it to make sure it works. She told me there was no way to hook it up to anything to test it. I saw an amplifier that it could have been hooked up to and all that was needed was a 1/4" mono cord and I could have tested both right and left channels separately. I asked her if she had the cable and she said she didn't know. It became very apparent that she didn't want to get out of her chair to find the audio cord and she wasn't going to lift a finger to accommodate me. She was being intentionally rude and I could see that she was getting a big kick out of it as I was trying everything in my power to make it as easy on her as I could. I caught her with a grin on her face as she while she was thwarting my attempts to test it out. I didn't get her name so I'll describe her. Straight blond hair past her shoulders, olive skin and she had a slight foreign accent. I don't know how tall she is as she wouldn't get out of her chair to make a potential sale. I would also guess by her demeanor that she's related to the owner of the shop. I will never go back to this place again. How they stay in business is a mystery.
