They tried to take our car to the lot, which we requested it to be taken 5 minutes to our house, so we waited and missed more work. The drivers are incompetent and needing training, they left our car in front of our driveway and almost in the middle of the street, now mind you the car won't start and the front end is smashed in and now, two females have to push the car into the driveway so we don't get a ticket. There is an ILLEGAL SCHEME going on here. So boom, back story; My grandmother has lived in our neighborhood since the house was built in 86-87. I have lived here on and off my whole life (I am fucking 27) and have had NOOOOOO issues with anybody from our HOA. After fleeing from my ex due to DV, my daughter and I moved back to gmas in July of 2025. Well all of a sudden in APRIL OF 2026 I received a TYPED AND PRINTED page generated from a word document program taped to my windshield about "no over night parking" (hint: an HOA HAS TO MAIL THESE NOTICES TO YOU!! first red flag). Also, per our policy, I have 14 days to figure out how to move it before they can legally tow it. ONE day after the "notice" was taped to my window, I receive a tow sticker saying it's going to be towed by 4/13/2026, mind you that "notice" was first placed on my car on 4/10. I am positive this company is working with someone in our neighborhood to meet their tow quotas. OH, and did I mention I have pictures of the 10+ OTHER cars parked around the neighborhood that have received NO NOTICE. YUP :)! Circling back to their scheme, I have a pretty nice car (this is important) and I work for ADOT (also important). What these tow companies do is tow these nice cars, file for abandoned vehicle on them before the 30 day grace period, put them in their company name then FLIP them for a fucking profit. I see it happen EVERYDAY at my job. I can't WAIT to catch the motherfucker putting these notices on my window, it's onnnn. Also, I WILL be hiding in the car when they come to tow it, then call the police when we're on the road so the tow truck driver gets in a fuckton of trouble. Good luck!! My car got towed to the 20th street location after i was in a head on collision. I was very worried because my husband's medical records were in the vehicle. Within 2 minutes of my arrival, David showed up in a golf cart to drive me to my totaled vehicle. He was very patient and kind as I struggled to get in the golf cart. He took extra care in avoiding bumps along the way ( I was in extreme pain from all my injuries). When we got to my car he gathered up all the contents of the glove box, the medical records, and all the junk in the back of the car. He was very encouraging and made what was otherwise a miserably painful situation a bit brighter. I give David an A+ for his people skills and compassion. Thank you! read more

DO not use All city towing!!!! They use accident tows to financially rape people just because they have a contract with the hwy patrol. Then when you set up a tow to avoid impound fees, they don't do what they say and want to charge more. So if you have a choice spend your money with anyone but them!!!!!! They don't deserve any star but that's not a choice. read more

got my sisters car out of theire north valley yard to find it ransacked. they stole her purse and other belonging and of course we had to sign a no incident paper prior to getting the car.
