I've always found impound lots scary as they are usually in out of the way places and you feel like someone is about to murder you as these places are usually quite desolate. I had to come here to gather all my belongings from my vehicle after a car accident this weekend. I didn't want to be here but this was about as pleasant of an experience as it could be. Lady behind the window processed everything and made me sign a few forms and then opened the secured door for me so we could walk over to my car to get my belongings. I still have quite a few items in my car and she was very kind and helped me with everything. I had to get a bike rack off my car, and she was nice enough to help me. I then also had a phone mount that was help up by my A/C unit and she was able to wiggle it loose. She even helped me carry everything over back to the office and also a 24 can case of soda water I had. After I loaded up my car, I needed to use the bathroom before the long drive back home and she was ok with me using the bathroom. Overall, about as good of an experience as possible! My mother who's a handicap woman used my car to drop off food for my sister who just came out of labor and parked my car in handicap without the placard. Towing the vehicle because there's no placard or handicap plate isn't the issue and is completely legal. However contacting them and requesting to pickup the vehicle which was towed from private property, and has my mothers medicine in the car they said well it was towed after our office business hours and we are closed because it's Friday you won't be able to access or pickup the vehicle until Monday morning. Any legitimate or respectable towing company offers office after hour pickups for a fee or has a way to setup an emergency office after hours service and what I got is a woman who said "sorry I can't do anything but hope that your mother will be fine until Monday morning" and hung up on me read more

A tell tale sign when insurance companies use this company. It usually means they have horrible customer service. If you're going thru insurance good luck you'll be the last in line to get services. I was forced to use them once last year and I didn't have a great experience. Today I needed a tow and went through my insurance who told me it would be an hour. When I called the company they said it would "several hours" and that they were very busy and drivers calling out sick. Why take the call from GEICO knowing you're short staffed? Common sense anyone? Nope not in this day and age. Called GEICO to cancel the request and got a different provider that was professional, quick to respond and could get to me within 30mins! We were doing our best to remain respectful and cooperative throughout the entire situation, but unfortunately, the tow truck driver was extremely rude from the beginning. Despite our efforts to be polite, he continued to be unprofessional in his attitude and behavior. To make matters worse, there was noticeable damage to the vehicle caused during the towing process. Afterward, he offered to come back and "help," but his attitude remained the same--disrespectful and dismissive. We feel that we were treated unfairly despite our patience and respectful approach. Best way to describe the whole situation is that he was a high school bully that picked on people, especially when he knew they didn't have money . I requested a tow about 9:25 due to a flat tire and having no spare ( as my car doesn't allow for a spare) through GEICO. They said it would be 10:25 eta. I called at 10:35 to find out if they were coming. The lady that answered was like great you called us back, so I can verify information. I'm confused as GEICO sent all the information and I NEVER received a call from them. Then quoted me another 60-90 minutes. I asked still calm at this point why would you not leave a message if you needed to verify information. She stated "well you know and mumbling through some excuse of if the other line rings". I'm said that's not very professional due to the fact I'm thinking you've been on your way this whole time. She still said okay well it's another 60-90 minutes and now at this point I'm mad, so cancelled the service. While I'm on the phone with GEICO I get a call from their office and a voicemail from a Mark. I never called back, but your female dispatcher is not very professional. read more

Used Quik Pik Towing the other day to tow my 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van Winnebago high top to the dealer. My van is 10' 6" tall. AJ the driver did a great job of making sure the route it took that the van would fit under the bridges. I didn't even think of that!!! These people are absolutely horrible they charged $169 to tow an electric vehicle to a charging station, which is at least double anyone else I later found out. When we got to the charging station I asked if the vehicle was charging before he took it off the truck, he indicated it was. When he got it off the truck and I plugged it in it was not charging. I called him immediately to return and he said he couldn't and I would have to call the office. When I did they the charged me 196.01 to go 3 miles to another charging station. They demand payment in advance which other statins do not. They are horrible to deal with and grossly over charge. read more

REQUEST DRIVER JUAN! We needed a vehicle towed to a local dealer for some work, insurance contact All Over Towing for the services. Time estimate was 90 minutes, within 20 we had a tow truck at our vehicle. All over towing sent out Juan. Juan was beyond helpful, he worked quickly and efficiently, even on an old beat up car. A week later we needed that same vehicle towed again, this time without insurance. I knew I had to call and request Juan again. The ladies in dispatch were more than helpful and contacted Juan on his day off. He accepted the call and met me to pick up our car within 30 minutes. I happily paid the hook fees to have someone like Juan take care of us and our car. Will definitely be saving All Over Towing and driver Juan in my favorites for any future towing needs. read more

Chosen by my insurance to come get me after a tire blowout. Waited two hours for them, they then cancelled on me because they didn't have a driver available. I understand things happen, but I requested at 1:30, told them I needed to pick up my daughter by 4:30 and they assured me that wouldn't be a problem. They cancelled on me at 3:30, told me to request another company, which I did but of course it was another hour. Wish they hadn't made a promise they couldn't keep. Really left me scrambling for pickup. Leaving this review to help others...I called central towing (outside of my insurance/Toyota care), they came within 30 minutes, could not have been nicer people and it was $100. Best money spent. Today my car was running fine, I stopped for gas and when ready to leave the car was completely dead, it would not turn over, no dash lights & the key was stuck in the ignition, I was not able to remove it. It happened once before but only for 10 minutes, then it worked again. My shop suggested it was due to the theft protection system shutting car down because it was not recognizing the key fob any more. I changed to my spare key and it worked fine for two months. This time it would not reset. My garage sent Quik Pik All Over Towing, the driver Jose thankfully arrived 2 hours sooner than the estimated time I was given. I explained to him the issue and expected him to load the car on flatbed. Instead he asked me a few more questions, then popped the hood and connected a battery starter. To my surprise the dash lights lit up and the car started. Jose suggested I drive directly to the shop to replace the battery. He saved me hours of waiting and headache of going to dealership to have them try to diagnose source of problem . Within minutes I dropped the car at shop to replace battery and was home in time to pick up my kids from school. My insurance place a call for a tow truck to take my vehicle to a repair shop at around 1:30 pm. QUIK PIK TOWING 602 993 4874 responded stating they would be there within the hour. Very misleading company name. They did not arrive until just before 5:00 pm to get the vehicle. And they then called me to tell me I needed to pay 80 something dollars more because they need to use special equipment and the payment from the insurance company was not sufficient to cover it. When I questioned this I was told they can just cancel the callout, leaving my vehicle where it was after taking half day to show up. So leaving me basically no choice but to make the payment, a very unethical practice. The insurance paid $125.00 for the move and the distance was less than half mile. I asked them to send me photos of the special equipment being used and they sent me a photo of a wheel-chuck behind one of the wheels. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE! this company for your towing or any other service they may offer. read more

I would LOVE to be able to share how well you took care of me in a scary and dangerous situation. Sadly, I can't. 1. Quick Pic Towing estimated two (2) hours and it was over four (4) hours of me and my car stranded on the shoulder of the 101 at Cave Creek. Thankfully, after 2 1/2 hours, a stranger stopped on the side of the road and offered to drive me home. That did nothing to change Quick Pic Towing's ineffective communication and caring of me in my car in the situation. 2. I understand Quick Pic Towing needs payment ahead of time (say one (1) hour before the driver was dispatched, but Quick Pic Towing required me to pay immediately and pray, which prevented me from being able to explore any options to get myself safely out of the situation any earlier. I had to pay four (4) hours before and was at Quick Pic Towing's mercy. 3. Quick Pic Towing did not provide any status updates. I had to repeatedly call. 4. I was told when I initially called that the driver would call me when he was en route to my car. He did not. I even called Quick Pic Towing and was told he was en route (at Happy Valley and Scottsdale Road) and that he would call when he was closer (that was pretty close). The driver called AFTER he had delivered the car to the destination. I was never contacted before or when he was on-site with the car. I had to leave my key on the front passenger tire of the car. with no communication, I had to pray he got that message. That is silly the communication was so terrible (from Quick Pic Towing and from the driver). 5. The towing distance was 1.7 miles, and I was charged for 3 miles ($125). In the scheme of things, I don't care as much about that except for the fact it was another inaccuracy and misrepresentation. The driver himself was a really nice guy. He got my car safely to the destination. The issue I really have is with Quick Pic Towing and the entire experience from payment to communication to concern for my safety -- all things that are FREE to do well. Unfortunately today was a bad day for this company. I am genuinely upset at the customer service and professionalism this company gave me today. I waited an hour before I got a call back a rude tow truck driver who would interrupt me when trying to give them directions. Another 90 minutes pass by and I am still waiting for them to pick up my vehicle. I give the main office a call only for them to tell me that I had to wait exactly 45 minutes..... this was hard to believe since they told me I was only going to be 90 minutes originally, but ended waiting 150 minutes for them to tell me that I had to wait again. Furthermore, the front office receptionist was surprised when I told them I was with the vehicle especially when she asked me if I was riding with the tow truck driver. Who knows how the driver would've treated me had I actually rode with them. I am no professional critic, but I am another customer just like the rest of their clientele who deserved to have their time respected. So therefore, I know you cannot please everyone, but at least give your customer a courtesy call to notify them that your driver was "redirected"..... read more

This was not a good experience. Driver upset that I did not have access to a tow bar. He was unable to open the trunk becsuse the battery was dead. Then he was griping about using a battery charger to get enough power to shift the car into neutral. He was clearly having a bad day. I offered to try to drive the car once it started, and he said Ok. The car died and he said that he was done... he couldn't tow me. Thats when I called in to see what could be done. Dispatcher said I would be charged for a second jump in order to get the car in neutral. I shifted to neutral without another jump. The car was towed but never delivered to my address. It was dropped off down the street. I had to push the car by myself to my house. I know you were backed up because a driver was sick, but it took from 8:24 to after 11:00 to move my car one mile--and it never made it all the way to my address.
