Do not have Jason (Jackson mobile auto glass) do any work for you. Jason lacks workmanship and attention to detail. Had Jason come out to the house to install a new windshield. The windshield is not sealed correctly. A lot of wind noise coming in through the cab. I contacted him about it and his response was," well you told me there was air leak before". Yes but the windshield was damaged and now has way more wind and noise coming in . I haven't heard from him. Also he scratched the paint on my fenders and cowl panels. Tried to contact him a second time and he has not responded. Also he didn't bring a ladder. Climbed up and down on my tires and running boards to do the job. When he couldn't get the cowl panels to click in correctly he would punch them down with force leaving a dent in the metal. Jason is not trustworthy nor honest businessman. I would not have any work done with Jackson mobile auto glass especially Jason. read more

Jackson is very prompt to respond and will try to get out to you ASAP. He services Porterville to Fresno/Clovis. He doesn't work weekends. He actually repaired my windshield in a Costco parking lot during my lunch break and saw that I had another chip that I had missed. I had this guy install a windshield in my '93 4rnr. I also had him tint the glass before installation. He stated that the tint would dramatically reduce the interior temperature. During the installation he scratched the paint of my car in two places and the tint did not reduce the interior temperature. When I tried to get a refund or a redo on the tint he asked me never to contact him again. I wrote him a check, which I regret, because now I have no way of getting my money back. He doesn't have and address and his last known address though the BBB lists him as out of business. THIS IS A SHADY GUY, I RECOMMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE.
