I went to Valueglass because the big national chain said they couldn't get the OEM glass because it was out of stock nation wide & that i should go with their brand because it was cheaper. After going through my insurance, valueglass called me within hours and said they could get the (OEM) glass from the dealer in 3 days (the chain waited a week before canceling my appt). i made my appointment , showed up 20 minutes early and they got me inn right away. I had a RFID tag that they were able transfer (unlike the other guys - are you seeing a theme here??). When i signed the bill, it was 1/3 the price from that national chain. Truth be told, this is my second windshield this summer. the other was replaced by that national chain in june. in comparing the two experiences . ValueGlass gets 10 stars. Now, it is 1235 in the afternoon, we have a brand new back window, freshly vacuumed trunk, and heading out of town. Gilbert at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and understanding of the situation. He did his best to console us, asking us about our vacation, and talking about the good things Seattle has to offer. Don't think too much about the amateurish building and the Spartan conditions these guys are pros and it's not always the flashy stores that do the best work. And you've got a lot of satisfied customers here and I am one of them. And it's also affordable too. Prices will go up if you have a bigger vehicle and they have vehicle tints all the way down to 5% lighting but those are for limousines and high-end like movie star vehicles. Me I'm just a regular guy with a four-door sedan that wants something a little darker for summer. Absolutely recommended. When you pull into this place from Aurora it's not the stereo store in front there is a little tiny roadway just south of the stereo store about 200 ft that takes a strong dip you'll see a sign that points you to the window tinting place and there's room for a few cars down there. Please see the picture. but if you go to the stereo store and see Brian they will just direct you down there. You can turn left from southbound Aurora or right from northbound of where are no problem but you have to slow down at 137th Street to see it.

Upon pickup, we discovered multiple personal items missing from inside the vehicle and new interior damage that was not present at drop-off. We immediately notified management, who stated they had no information and agreed that filing a police report was appropriate. A police report has been filed and the matter is being handled through proper channels. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can take precautions when leaving personal items in a vehicle during repairs.
