You can still see the crack itself but it's not supposed to continue to break. Highly recommend using them as they also use OE glass for replacements if needed.

I had my vehicle 2 weeks when I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I know if you wait it can…read morespread so I started looking for glass repair shops right away. I found 2 with high ratings, one in Poulsbo near my job that had a 6 hour wait and this one that was $10 more (I didn't know the repair was free with my insurance) Shame on me for stereotyping but I was expecting a guy to come look at the glass chip. When a female came out and started scratching at the glass of my new Lexus I was scared. Eventually 2 more females were checking out my windshield. They all agreed the glass chip was there when I bought my Lexus and the repair was falling apart.. They got me right in and didn't make me wait in the reception area when I told them I just came off a 12 hour night shift. I dozed in my vehicle and I woke to a tap on my window, all my paperwork ready to sign, and no chipped glass. I signed and was on my way, never getting out of my vehicle once. I know females are more nurturing whether they are in work boots or wearing an apron and this crew remained professional while meeting my comfort needs. This business is A+

You're better off placing an ad on Craigslist then going here. Update. I took my car to the body shop my insurance recommended and it's going to be another $2000. The new shop said my rear body panel is too twisted to fix. GO ANYWHERE BUT GERBER. Here's the long version; The first time I went in to this location, I met with a guy, I think his name was Brian, to get a quote. He took a bunch of pictures of my car and I explained everything that was damaged. He said give them a few days and they'd get something sent off to my insurance and He'd call me to let me know when I can bring it in. I gave it about a week with no call. I called to see what was taking so long for a quote and he said he'd forgotten and he'd get it in tomorrow. 3 days later still nothing so I go in to see and they had no recollection of my initial visit. I point out Brian and say he is who I talked to. He looks around for the papers and ends up finding them on the top of his trash pile. 3 days later they finally cal me with a quote. I should've know at this point, but I try to be understanding of human error. Fast forward to the first time I go to pick up my car. The lady hands me my keys and I walk out to my car to inspect. It looks like they put on the wrong bumper, painted it poorly, and called it good. My trunk still doesn't open freely. I had mentioned during the initial visit that the lid should lift on its own and the pistons weren't able to move. I look around my car and find NEW SCRATCHES & PAINT CHIPS ON BOTH SIDES! and the bumper doesn't even line up. I go back inside and say, " That work is not good." The let and I walk out and inspect together. I point out the new damage, the misaligned bumper, the bad paint job, and the still unaddressed trunk problem. We go back inside and reference the original pictures to be sure those scratches are new. She agrees they are and says "We'll paint them but we're not blending it. For some reason I agree because i was already over them. She also says replacement bumpers rarely fit perfectly and the insurance company bought an aftermarket bumper so they'll try to make it fit better. I explained that the insurance company called me and said, "it's a brand new bumper and it'll fit just like your old one" so that's what i expect. She said they would try align the bumper after it gets repainted because the paint job was poorly done and give me a call in a couple days. I come back 3 days later and it doesn't look like they did anything. Trunk still doesn't move correctly, bumper still has a huge gap and obvious misaligned on the sides. I say get me the OEM bumper if that's what you need to make it right. The add on the the $2000 bill, the insurance approved and the call me a week or so later. The bumper is aligned on the sides but a gap big enough on the back for me to slide the folder of receipts they gave me through. Also, they STILL haven't even made any improvement to my trunk lids movement. I can remember if I denied it again this time but that's as good as it got. My trunk was functional but Obviously not right and possibly bent, I knew the bumper was poorly done but at least not obviously messed up unless the trunk was open so I took my car back 31 days after dropping it off because my insurance company only covers 30 days of insurance. My trunk has been a little off since then and today, a couple months later, it finally broke all the way and now I'm headed back to another shop and hopefully my insurance covers it.

Had my Dodge repaired by Fix Auto in manchester in 2024 after hitting a deer head on . I went to…read morethem due to the fact they are a stars shop through my insurance so I would have a warranty after repairs were done . I got my Dodge back after Christmas one week later after getting my vehicle back my dodge started shifting strange and stopped in the middel of the road I was turning onto . Got to a safe place and called fix Auto to have a tow truck come . The women in the office tride arguing with me I could potentially have to pay for the tow When previous repairs were done my transcooler had to be replaced . Fix Auto didn't connect the lines properly and I lost transmission fluid all over the inside of my vehicle and on the ground. My vehicle was repaired and less then 48 hours later my vehicle broke down again and another repair was done . June 21 2026 my check engine light came on and my vehicle went into limp mod . Took my dodge in to a local machine and gave them the back story of all the issues that occurred from when my vehicle was repaired by fix Auto . A scan of my vehicle was done and it reported something with my transmission. The machine suggested for me to take it back to Fix Auto . I made and appointment and took it back The machine test drove my Dodge came back and spoke to the women that works in the office outside. The machine said possibly transmission failure. Moving foward I contacted my insurance company and my claim was re-opened Recived a email from fix auto stating they arew and I have put 20 thousand miles on since . My insurance had me take my vehicle into the local Dodge dealership in the findings it states I need a new transmission and it was damaged from possible transmission fluid loss my vehicle was deemed a total loss from my insurance. I would never recommend this shop to anyone to have repairs done on their vehicle . I find it odd none of the previous two women that I delt with in 2024 and in 2025 work there anymore and neither dose the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. They didn't hold themselves accountable for damages they caused to my transmission. I have a DTC scann from January 2 at 1030 am showing permanent gear ratio 5 defective and at 11 30 am that day a write up stating my vehicle was repaired. At the time I didn't think anything of it I am not a machine and honestly thought it would have been brought to my attention shame on me for thinking that. Horrible shop bad ethics, and very unprofessional.
