I drove from Austin to Seattle in my Tesla, and I had all sorts of sediment stuck on the paint that made it feel very grainy to the touch. I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family. read more

Came by for back to back tint jobs using their Llumar FormulaOne Pinnacle Series for both cars as well as the Llumar FormulaOne Air Series for the Windshields. Windows came out looking great and far exceeded my expectations as this was my first time getting my car tinted myself (rather than buying a car already tinted). Made my appointment with Brian and then Carver was my advisor for both jobs and their level of customer service made me appreciate the fact that I brought the cars here. I found this detail location on a google because I needed a specific service: an engine bay / engine compartment cleaning. I have a 2010 BMW that went through some minor to medium leaks in the last several years and it was time to get the engine cleaned up professionally. I was nervous because BMWs have a lot of electrical components and there were mixed reviews in the online forums when I searched this subject. I was desperate when I brought in my car because every drive resulted in a horrible burning smell. From my online appt request to pickup, every interaction with the crew was seamless. Bryan was my advisor and he was prompt in answering my emails and texts (while they had my car). The cost was totally reasonable and I'd do this again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this service. They even washed my car and it looked great! I plan on returning soon to bring in my dad's Hyundai to shampoo his seats. I detail my car myself but have totally let it go and with dog hair, I plan on also bringing my car back in for an interior detail and my other 2006 for an engine cleaning too. Absolutely quality customer service! I was getting an 8 yr old accord detailed as a gift. Not knowing the car I rolled a window down on the way to the shop. I couldn't get it up (switch issue). Carver saved the day! He went out of his way to get that window up. The cars interior was filthy and a had a horrific smoke smell. After the expert detail and ozone service the car inside and out looked fabulous!! I'm positive it hadn't looked that good since it was new!! The smell still needs some work but soo much better. Overall good Customer service, had some technical challenges, they eventually rectified. No issues with the detail services, they were top notch, however the PPF experience was not as consistent. Had to bring truck back several times to corrects install errors, badging not put back where factory installed, window tint 1/2" gap, clearly noticeable. Apparently this shop is owned by Honda of Seattle. After getting my truck detailed at another facility they made me aware one of my factory installed fender flares was coming loose. Went to dealer as I thought this was a warranty issue. Dealer stated this was removed by whom ever did the PPF install and GM would not warranty. SAD did not want to assume responsibility initially, but they did take it in and fix at their service facility. When I picked up my truck I was then informed "They're not a good fit for me and they would not be servicing my truck anymore". This left me shocked and dismayed. Overall good service and professional customer service. How they handled this situation was not. Very disappointing and unfortunate. read more

I cannot recommend Seattle Auto Detail and Tint enough. I bought a brand new Tesla Model Y and the quality of their work and the product they use makes it look like the PPF came from the factory.
