My daughter reported that Marion was efficient and thorough, along with being very pleasant. My daughter, a working mother and wife, keeps a nice house. But her schedule doesn't allow for the deep cleaning that Marion did. I am a discerning consumer and I can't think of any improvements that this company needs to make. Good job Josh! This is the worst, most unprofessional cleaning company I have ever encountered. I hired KK Deep and Standard Cleaning last Thursday (based on one 5 star rating on Yelp) to clean a rental house I have in Rochester as my tenants are scheduled to move in last weekend. The cleaners were done in a bit less than 1.5 hours for a 4bedroom 1.5 bathroom house, which was faster than I had expected but my house was cleaned quite thoroughly by me already except for the kitchen and the full bathroom (which I had told KK) so I thought it was ok. KK sent me a few pictures and all look pretty good and I paid the $250 they asked, although the initial estimate they had given me was $150. Got a text message and a few pictures from my property manager this morning informing me that the house is not clean enough (dirty stove, dirty fridge and dirty shower) to be ready for the tenants. I texted and sent the pictures to KK. The owner did apologize initially for the poor job but told me she had to work all day and had to find somebody else to go to my house, knowing that their poor job had already messed up with the lease. I posted this poor factual review 1and half hour later without hearing back from her. She texted me 2 hours later said her cleaner will go to my house but then texted me a few minutes later that she would not send her cleaners to my house to clean the stove and fridge because I had written a bad review on Yelp. I told her I'd remove the bad review after her cleaners complete cleaning the dirty stove and fridge, but she refused to communicate further and hang up the phone when my property manager tried to call her.

while going through some things mentally and physically i really let my house go, especially the…read morekitchen. i was talking to my sister about it and she referred Ebonie at Above The Barr Cleaning LLC to me. i told Ebonie that the kitchen was a total mess and was informed that she'd take care of it. i asked for the 'deep cleaning' and was sent a list of things that a deep cleaning entailed. She came, I showed her the kitchen, told her what i wanted done and showed her where things should be put after being cleaned. i fell asleep and the next thing i know she was waking me up and telling me she was done. my mistake was not looking before i paid her and before she left but i wasn't feeling well that day and took her reviews as word. by the time i got up and went to check her work i was mad as fuck. other than the half washed, wet dishes she put in my cabinet she put nothing else where it was supposed to be. just left everything either in the dish drainer or on the cabinet. she didn't wipe down all she was supposed to. everything was greasy like she'd dunked the most greasy items in the dish water first then just dunked everything else after, silverware, plastic containers, pots, pans, tops and anything else she was supposed to be washing in the greasy water. most things you can tell she didn't even use the dishcloth or either of the Dawns (i have both regular and professional) or the clorox bleach on. all cleaners were sitting under the cabinet. i showed her where everything was that she needed to use. i wrote her and told her how disappointed i was with the job and asked for a partial refund. she sent me $38 from a $138 payment and had the nerve to let me know she didn't think i needed to use some of the words i did but that was ok. i guess it was ok, she still kept $100 of my money for work she didn't do. i had to let her know that i didn't like her telling me she was a professional cleaner and didn't know how to wash dishes. there is so much more that wasn't done as she stated she would do but i'd be writing for longer than i want to. not telling anyone what to do but i'll let these pictures help you decide. this is what you get when you try to support Black owned businesses
