I would not recommend A Deeper Clean. I hired them to do a standard cleaning as well as several add-on services. The two ladies that were sent were friendly and nice and I liked them. They did a great job cleaning the fridge and the bathroom. Unfortunately, we were told Chris did not allot enough time for everything to be done and they just left after 1.5 hours. A lot of standard cleaning like floor mopping weren't done. I contacted the company multiple times to ask when they would be back to complete the cleaning, but they've been completely unresponsive. I ended up hiring a different cleaning company to finish the job that they never completed. I feel really ripped off. I paid in advance trusting that they would keep their end of the bargain but they screwed me over. read more

Chris is great. I got appointment the same week when I called him. He was right on time and did a good job cleaning before guests come this week. He was also patient with my dog who ran away with his duster. He is very polite and professional and very reasonable price quotes. I would recommend him for sure. read more

Highly recommended! They use products without harsh chemicals and my house was beautifully clean after my first cleaning. We have two dogs who shed a lot and bring dirt inside, despite us cleaning their paws when they come in from being outdoors. Make it 'SPARKLE.' And my apartment did after Chris cleaned every nook and cranny. He doesn't disappoint. He excels! The cleaning is professional, complete, and fast. Don't waste your time with this company!! Scheduled a cleaning service for 9:00 am the day before I had guests arriving for a party. When we arrived home at 4:15pm there was a card at the front door with nothing written on it and door was unlocked. Nobody had cleaned the house. I tried to call the main number three times and left a voicemail knowing they closed soon at 5:00 pm. I left one voicemail and also tried to text the number to find out what happened- the fourth time I tried to call they must have blocked my number because it no longer would ring and go to a voicemail. I had received a confirmation email the night before and I think I deserved an explanation of why nobody had cleaned the house. Instead they completely ignored the situation and I had to cancel plans that evening in order to get the house ready for the party. I still have not heard from anybody and find this to be completely unprofessional for a business. Extremely disappointed in this company. read more
