We've received reliable service annually as promised from Rob Kalbs / All-Clean Snow Removal at our home at elevation 7,000 feet with a windy, steep, and long driveway since 2018, when we adopted the service from the previous owners. When my wife once called to complain about snow build-up in front of our garage, Rob Kalbs came out and shoveled snow away from the door to facilitate my wife's entry into the garage in my absence. We've had no damage to any property from the plowers. The service places and removes driveway edge poles mounted on rebar every year. The price has increased about 190% since we started. Our current contract price is roughly $106 per clearing and I'm renewing now (in May 2024) for '24-'25. read more

Plow driver smashed into my truck while I was at a dead stop. Total disregard for his surroundings, was backing up extremely fast without so much as glancing in his rear view. Driver got out and insulted me, blamed it on me, and then refused to provide insurance information. Called the police who found him at fault, and forced him to hand over insurance. Refused to provide police with his company name for at least 15-20 minutes before he caved in and was forced to. Work on hiring employees who aren't degenerates! read more

This business should be out of business. I purchased snow removal service in October for the season. The agreements states that this 3 car driveway should be cleared after 4 inches of snow. As you can see in this photo they did not even try to clean behind the vehicle in the driveway. I called to have it cleared and was given many excuses, but none that were credible. This business owner is not prepared with staff or equipment to accomplish the work that he is charging his clients for. The owner stated that their will be a clean up day tomorrow, but how does that help today? when the snow is in the driveway now. This is only the second time that this service was to clean the driveway due to a low snow season. I had to complain the first time as well due to poor service. I will not pay this company next year and will not recommend this company to any one. read more

Well, I can't let these guys sit there with one 5-star review if they simply don't deserve it. All Clean is apparently the only snow removal company that services Kingsbury Grade in Stateline, NV (South Lake Tahoe area). I called all the SLT companies and none of them work up there. Myself and the 3 other owners in my 4-unit building near Heavenly want to hire a company to shovel our steps for the winter. I left All Clean a message last week and after not receiving a call back, I decided to try them again. When I gave him my address, the guy I spoke with said, "Oh, was this about the steps?" I said it was and he said, "We don't really do steps." Then how about at least a call back and maybe a recommendation??? Unbelievable. read more

All Clean Snow Removal is a very unprofessional business. I have had multiple issues with them not throughly cleaning my rental property on multiple occasions. The most recent incident was when I emailed All Clean to make sure my driveway was cleared as I had renters checking in this weekend. They stated all drive ways had been cleared. My renter gets to the house and calls me to say the drive way was not clear. He sends me pictures of the drive way and I emailed them to All Clean, stating the drive was was not cleared. This was their response, " Please don't send us photos since we have no idea when they were taken and we won't use them to play detective." As I mentioned earlier, the driver will be by in the morning to double check his work. We cleared 15 inches off all accounts today and upwards of 2 feet up top." This email was extremely disrespectful. The renters and myself have no reason to lie about the driveway being cleared let alone sending false photos. I understand when it snows a lot it gets busy but don't lie and say you cleared my drive way when it clearly was not, and say in your second email that it snowed. Own up to your mistake and stop making excuses. I would highly reccomend not using All Clean as they apparently do not know how to run a successful business. read more

I understand this was a difficult snow removal season, but we take care of quite a few properties so we were able to see their work at various rental houses. It happened a few times a year that they missed jobs which caused issues for arriving/departing renters. At one of our properties, they lied and said they showed up, when we told owners they did not... owner reviewed surveillance cameras and they in fact did NOT show up. Their work was also of very poor quality - they left snow piles in front of garages, forgot walk-ways, and they were very inconsistent. We need quality snow removal in this town, these guys are not them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle. read more

I watched therm from All Clean Snow Removal work on my neighbors house stairway and driveway. He seemed very efficient and respectful of my property when deciding where to send the snow. Not sure of his pricing, but he did the job much faster than I would have able to do it with my much smaller walk-behind equipment. The star rating should be taken lightly because I don't actually know what the owner asked him to do. read more

Rob and his team from all clean are first class. They removed the snow from my private road every time we had more than a dusting, and always before I get home from my work shift. This is my second year using this company. The first year I was not impressed, but I chose to go with them for a second time because their price. I guess you get what you pay for because he his cheap & hires 16 year old boys to do the company's work. They are unreliable, do not shovel the walkway & stairs like the contract says. They knocked over our rocks ... we've tried calling and talking with him several times however the company yet again failed to come out when it snowed (yes over 4 inches).... we called again and he began yelling on the phone. This company (owner) is unprofessional, just wants $$ without doing the work. His 16 year old workers do the work ... I will NEVER use this company again. Do NOT use! read more
