I brought in a bed cover to be cleaned, and it bled. I was told I should have known it would bleed; all their customers do. How could you know something that isn't posted or said to you? They refused to give me my money back or pay for the bed cover. I decorated my bedroom suite at its center. At the same time, they altered a pantsuit for me, and instead of tacking it as I asked, they put snaps on it. The snaps popped open immediately upon donning the garment. They attempted to fix it and put hooks on it covering the snaps, which shows. It is now ruined. They refuse to pay for that. I spent $400 on the pantsuit, $150 on the shawl, and $550 on the shoes. I am suing. Beware. read more

Fair prices, quick turnarounds (upon request), and friendly staff. I've taken many different kinds of items to this location, and I've never been disappointed. Other cleaners have ruined more delicate items, but these folks treat my garments with care. I'd pay a little extra if they had a Monday Pickup/Friday delivery service, because I work in the city and sometimes can't quite make it by that 7pm cut off. But! I'm not complaining! I don't recommend this place at all for any altercations on clothing, sewing, repairs etc. We brought my son's old boy scout shirt and new one in to have patches transfered.  I even paid the extra to have them remove from the old shirt so they knew placement on the new one.  9 patches in all. I had to pay $90 upfront. They told us it wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks.  When we picked up 2 patches were ruined on the edges from them trying to remove. Most were crooked, upside down or side way. We took back for them to fix the errors.  2 weeks, again. Came back and there are still 4 patches not on straight or facing correct direction.  I went back to ask for a refund and they only wanted to give me half because she "already paid" her seamstress.  They were rude and wouldn't fix the problem that they caused over the course of 5 weeks. read more

These folks do great work in a fraction of the time other locations in the area quote you. Everything is always just as ordered and they have gone above and beyond in a repair job I had on my winter coat. Prices are fair and there is plenty of parking in the strip mall location close to Jewel. Highly recommended read more

Crazy expensive ! Enjoy your last $40 from me for cleaning 2 suits. Suits were clean, but entirely too much money.

Not too shabby. I came in on a Thursday to drop off a few shirts and a suit. I had a wedding on Saturday and a rehearsal dinner on Friday. They managed to get everything done by 5 on Friday. That was awesome. The lady's that I interacted with were very friendly and pleasant to chat with. I don't get my dry cleaning done as often as I should/would like to so I really don't know if I got a good deal or not. But I can say that I didn't feel like I got screwed over. So that should count for something, right? It's close, convenient, did a good job and affordable. I have no complaints and will be back again in 6 months to a year when I have another wedding or someone dies. read more

My husband called me from the Bulls game on Friday night to tell me he needed his suit for a special event on Monday morning. I'm like , "how am I going to pull this one off?" I went to yelp to see who was good in my area and All Cleaners came up. I walked in with his 2 suits, shirts and ties and when I told the owner, he just smiled and said, "no problem." What a relief. What an amazing job they did. Lovely couple who do all cleaning at the location. The Mrs does sewing/seamstress work. I will let you know how that goes when I get the chance to try her work. NO don't do it unless you want them to write your last name with a marker on a dress shirt. Or have a button ripped off and not tell ya, or not take out stains. Not happy with this cleaners. read more
