We asked when they would be ready and she tells us it will be several WEEKS because they don't clean the rugs, they send them out!! We finally picked them up yesterday and they are DIRTIER now than when we took them in!!! We were charged $350 for THIS???? My husband called today and they told him to bring them back. For what? He's super dry and English is his second language, so I can completely see him pointing to the comforters as a way of answering the question "do you clean comforters?". I can see how some people would consider that bad customer service. I, on the other hand, have been able to see him over the years offer my daughter lollipops and make fun of my bad parking in front of his store, so I have a different appreciation of his dry humor.
