I received a reply from Mike within 10 minutes. After a back and forth on a Friday, sending him all my pool pump information, Mike quoted me on a new motor. By the Saturday, George was at my home installing the new motor. George was very nice, and appeared very knowledgeable. He was done in 2 hours, and left the area clean. The new motor is energy efficient, and to tell you the truth, getting the upgrade/replacement has made a difference. I haven't seen my pump run this well in years. Pool renovations aren't cheap. When I started getting estimates, it felt like every company wanted to turn my pool resurfacing project into a complete backyard renovation. I would ask about resurfacing the pool and somehow end up with a quote to replace half the yard. Some of the estimates I received were two to three times higher than what I ended up paying. Then I met Johnny. What I appreciated right away was that he wasn't trying to sell me on everything possible. He actually took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, what could stay, and what would just be a waste of money. There were multiple things other companies wanted to replace that Johnny told me were perfectly fine. That was the moment I felt like I found someone I could trust.
