This was a job that I did for years, clean the gutters and the solar panels. Not a job that I liked but it goes with home ownership. At 74 my wife doesn't want me up on the roof. Communication was clear and timely but what separates Eli and Caden from most contractors is their professionalism, flexibility and transparency. They made sure that the gutters are free of debris, downspouts are not clogged and kept the work area clean. Although they are not professional roofers, I was informed that the roof is missing 2 tiles that were supposed to be handled by a past roof inspection. I have always been a hard worker so this was the first time I have had my windows professionally washed. It was a very simple process. After an assessment, a quote was given promptly, and a date agreed upon. Shannon came out the day before to pick up the two screens that needed replacing and let me know what time Daniel would arrive with all of his supplies.
