I reached out on yelp, got a reply fairly quickly. Serge requested I call him which I did. He said to send him pictures of my house and where I wanted my downspouts. He sent me his cell and I in turn sent him pictures. It has now been a week with no response. Guess my little house wasn't worth his time but at least a reply back would have been nice. The team came to my house to add gutters, gutter guards, repair dry rot on my wood sitting. The gutter and gutter guard installation went smoothly. The dry rot repair had an issue due to the fact that a part of my original siding was a non-standard thickness (so part that was repaired didn't match original where they met up). However, Serge personally took action quickly on this to have his team come out and address the thickness. They resolved this one day later. The final product looks good gutters and gutter guards worked well through first big rain of the year. They did this work for a fair price. I plan on using them in the future. read more

He set up an appt very quickly for an estimate. Price was very fair for approx 300' of gutters plus downspouts on a 16' high covered riding arena. Serge, who was extremely helpful, asked me to take a picture of the gutter to send to him. He called me back, and explained to me what needed to be done, and also saw one of my other gutters in the picture, that needed a slight adjustment. His estimate was extremely reasonable.
