I asked my new Doctors if they could suggest clinics, searched the internet and social networks - no luck. Finally, I saw someone with a compression sleeve and asked her where she was being treated. She recommended Scottie Bull at Physio Med. Ms Bull is a certified Lymphedema Therapist and was able to answer questions that I have had for thirteen years and suggested a course of treatment. I went through daily therapy for three weeks with excellent results. The office staff was engaging and efficient, especially my therapist, Vanessa Washington. Her daily treatment was exceptional. As difficult areas arose, she tackled each with ingenuity and skill. She was kind, gentle and encouraged me when the going got tough. She made me laugh too! The office staff said I had to have a diagnosis, I explained that I'm not the one who gives the diagnosis the doctor is, she insisted I had too. I called my. Insurance company and was told the office staff there has been giving wrong info to patients having my Insurance and that they just needed the doctor to give a diagnosis. I told the office staff what I was told by the insurance company but they refused to listen and just raised their voice that I was wrong. This is very frustrating and I hope Dr Taylor gets to read this about his staff.

The lady at the window asked my name and asked for my id and ins cards. Then she told me to take a seat. I sat and waited until 3:15. Then I went to the window and asked if I needed to reschedule since I hadn't been called yet. She asked my name again and when I told her she handed me a folder of paper and told me to fill it out. I filled all of it out in ten minutes. At 3:30 the physical therapist came out and called me. I told him about my experience. He said my appt wasn't until 3:30 and we were right on time. Why does the front office not communicate with patients properly?

I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling, as a new patient. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to understand my issues and presented me with a reasonable treatment plan, to get me back on track with my back issues. They offer different types of adjustments (manual, with devices, etc.) and they also have electric stim and traction, as well as other things. Both doctors are friendly and professional. I've been a few times now and I'm so happy I started going here. I feel so much better and my pain level is back down to almost nothing again. They take several types of insurance and also have a cash/debit option. They were out of network with my insurance, but the cash option was only $15 more than my insurance usually charges me, so very reasonable. If you're looking for a professional, friendly chiropractic office, this is the one. It's also super easy to get follow up appointments that fit your schedule.

I like that they take a conservative approach (he didn't jump to "you need surgery"). He also was willing to sit and answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed.
