Their office hours are only 8am-11am so if they forget the trash you can't get ahold of them until the next day for someone to come get it. And they would send someone out the next day. The last straw was they didn't show up to pick up our trash so I called and left a message on their Facebook messenger and never got a reply. Turns out we didn't pay the last months bill but we also didn't receive a bill like normal. Instead of communicating this they just didn't pick up the trash and ignored our calls and messages.

They then found a way to still do it even though the text message confirming on my end never went out, so there was a snafu. Packing up was great. The two guys who came were friendly and polite. I noticed them wiping their feet every time they went into the house. I saw what they were doing--packing wise, carrying--and it was respectful of the stuff as well as their own safety (important, you know). This has been during Covid19, and even though most people where we're at dispense with masks, they wore them in the house and whenever they and I were talking, also with social distancing then. Price. OK, by nature we always think "it's too expensive." They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of who I checked out. But they were highly recommended by my brother, so I went with them. I then decided to store the stuff at their warehouse. Again, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. So when all is said and done, fair price in general, and very fair considering how satisfied I am. About my brother's experience. He had exactly the same experience. My move was across several town lines. His moves was across several state lines.

I had a flooded bathroom on the second floor from a broken fitting. The water leaked through the…read morekitchen light fixtures onto my wood floor and then down to the basement. It was a mess! Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

Dave Landry is local guy and he's been in the business a long time. He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment.
