When the crew arrived, they were immediately informed that the property was involved in an active divorce case and that a court injunction prohibited the removal of any items. Despite being told this directly and clearly, the movers ignored the legal notice and proceeded to remove items at my wife's request--including premarital property that belongs solely to me. Their behavior made the situation even worse. While loading my belongings, the movers made jokes about the situation, and when I stated that the items they were taking were my property, one of them yelled back, "No it's not!" The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was astonishing. A reputable moving company should stop immediately when notified of a legal restriction. Instead, Ron's Moving Company chose to proceed, creating financial harm, legal complications, and unnecessary conflict. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their disregard for legal instructions and their unprofessional conduct speak volumes about how they operate.

Joe was highly responsive and provided a succinct overview of service and costs. I appreciated his comfort in communicating via text, and we also had a couple of brief phone calls. I was very confident to book my move with Ultimate Transitions, and I am so glad I did. Moving is one of the most stressful things to go through. On moving day, Joe showed up on time and handled all of the logistics with professionalism and care. We needed help moving some bigger pieces of furniture around in the space as well, and he demonstrated real expertise in deconstructing and rebuilding, navigating doorways, and understanding dimensions and angles. Joe's confidence is clearly the result of over a decade of experience. The best way to sum things up is F&G is sadly "normal", meaning they suffer from the same societal disease diagnosed as lacking above and beyond customer service. You have to manage them - they won't manage you. Their communication, after the sale, was lacking expectation. Once paid in full, F&G never communicated again. Never told us "who" the contracted carrier was or how to reach them with questions. Never tracked our delivery or called to inform us the delivery date was extended (again) 2 days - a total of 3 days late. They were hands off with no attempt to illustrate an "extra mile customer service effort". We now wish we'd gone with the other, lower cost, local mover who we also used previously.

I have some serious mixed feelings about this place. We had them come to our house to move some odd…read moresized/heavy items. They changed the appointment a few times so at this point it aligned with the day I was packing a Uhaul to move out of my house. They parked the massive tractor trailer in my driveway leaving me no space for the Uhaul. After someone had already come out and checked out the items that needed to be moved, they sent only 2 guys. Long story short, it needed a 3rd person. We waited well over an hour for that 3rd person to show up. Did I mention that I'm also trying to move at the same time they are taking up the whole driveway? Time is money. Once they got the items on the truck, they were on their way. The guys doing the moving did a fine job. I negotiated for storage at their place. As others have noted, they really care mostly about the money. I had a handful of times been overcharged or charged for things that were not in our contract. They always gave me the credit back but who wants to sit there and monitor their account everyday because they cannot trust a local company? The storing of the object was fine. We did not have any damage and when we were ready to move all of them out, they were helpful.

As this was new construction and nothing had been moved upstairs prior to Liberty Bell it is clear that they caused the damage. We paid $475 to have the painting company repair the damage. I sent pictures to Liberty Bell but the pictures were not time-stamped before and after so Liberty takes no responsibility. Who anticipates damage and takes before pictures anyway? Also they were to take a king sized bed (no Mattress) to a charity but at the move day they told us that their truck was too full so they would not do it. Another negative is that before, during, and after the move I was never able to speak with a live person. Definitely would not recommend.
