When I got it back it was covered with either cat or rat hair that was imbedded in the wool. This blanket had NEVER been exposed to a cat or dog--or rat. I took it back. They supposedly recleaned it but it still looked exactly the same. No apology and no refund of $50. I took it to a cleaners in Poulsbo next. Same story. Finally I took it to Good Impressions and within the week the blanket was as clean as when we bought it a year before. No special charge at all. Since then it is the only dry cleaners we use. Always excellent! Always friendly and on time.

She did an INCREDIBLE JOB! OMG. She is busy as heck... but I never felt rushed when I came in for fittings. Her prices are very reasonable. And she's a very sweet person too. She is incredible. I have used another tailor in town in the past and they were not nearly as good (not even close). When I shared that experience with someone they recommended Tetyana and I'm so glad they did. They did not have the right length zipper so sewed shut about 6 inches of the opening. The original zipper was hidden from view by a flap but the new zipper is not, it is right on the surface. She did not completely sew in the zipper, leaving a hole at the end that I had to hand sew into place. We brought in a folded, freshly washed duvet but I picked up a jumble of fabric stuffed into a corner of the shop. Nice people and low price if you don't mind them screwing up the job.

I brought a pair of Oxford 2.0 Motorcycle leggings over to Shirley to have the knee pad insets…read moremoved up the leg so they properly sit on the knee comfortably. These pants are made of Kevlar for the rider's protection. So it is critical that they are sown well and have no bunching of thread and cloth. Shirley was very transparent with me and letting me know this was her first time working with this material but she would do her best. She also let me know that is she found she couldn't do quality work, she'd simply give them back to me for me to find another to do the work. Shirley did a GREAT job on them. She did them in about three weeks at a VERY reasonable price. I'll be taking my 4 other pants over there shortly. Could not recommend her service more highly.
