During that time, I only managed to get in contact with her once to give my name and information, and after that my phone calls were never returned (they consistently went to voicemail), and I received no response to my text messages or inquiries sent through Zillow's messaging system. The property I was interested in renting has since been removed from the market without any communication or updates. I understand that agents can be busy and that properties move quickly, but a brief response--whether to advise that the property was no longer available, that another prospective tenant had already been chosen or that they were unable to assist me any longer--would have been professional and respectful of a prospective tenant's time. Based on my experience, communication was extremely poor, and I would not recommend this broker to renters who value timely and transparent responses.
