Real estate has plenty of emo on the sale side! Our first deal together in 2015 was easy peasy. Shane knew we were in a competitive market and managed to temper the vibe with the local agents and gain new relationships with his confident attitude, solutions, options and providing value! When the opportunity to work with him arose again, not only were my clients in for a new experience with all the changes with real estate forms re: buyer agency, commissions and property showing advisories, but lending laws were stricter with HOAs, the special assessments and deferred maintenance to some of these properties built 50+ years ago, in liquefaction zones! Don't get me started on the insurance crisis creating lending roadblocks! Shane had to deliver blow after blow to our clients about the many HOA's that would not be approved as a warrantable loan. It helped us be able to afford our monthly payments but tacked like 20 extra years onto our loan. I called Ryan 3 years ago and he was able to help us with a VA loan refinance so we could bring our mortgage back down to 30 years. The lender he connected me with was a good deal but not easy to work with and the person was very unsympathetic. I would never use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it. The only reason I even considered it was the referral from my Real estate agent so I regret that on so many levels. All I got was contact information for a lender that offered this product to anyone who contacted them.
