I must apologize for not remembering the installer's name, but he is excellent in what he does, went above and beyond in the basement bathroom installation that was a bit challenging and it came out perfect. Terrible company don't use them what ever you do. They don't answer phone calls and won't repair anything they screw up. They are overpriced and don't back up their work. Very rude professionals on phone. Scheduled a consultation. Asked if husband would be there. First off not LGBTQ friendly. Why can one person be home and get quote why do two people need to be here? Who knows. Seems 1950's and discrimination. Wanted to know price for tub replacement. They were 15 minuets late. Two people came and measured. Not able to give quote because my partner had to leave take child to doctor in 1 hour! They finished measuring in 10 Minutes. So not sure what would have taking 1 hour 20 minutes longer to give quote? Nor why two people were needed. They refused to give us a quote. Or talk on phone/ zoom later. Stated they would show us materials yet bath tub are in show room as you can not carry them Into a living room lol. Very strange. Stay away. Book a company who is on time, gives quotes and does not require a man to be present to get a quote. And company who has friendly employees at office. read more

I always wondered how many of these great reviews were fake, perhaps paid for. I can assure you this review is genuine. This is going to be a long review, but I promise it will save you a headache. We hired All County One Day Bath for 2 full bathroom guts - a $50k + project! Anna (sales rep) IS THE ONLY PERSON WE CAN VOUCH ACTUALLY LISTENS AND SHOWS SOME CONCERN FOR THE CLIENT! Karem (project manager) is the opposite of what you want in a project manager. According to what we have been told, she is "THE Project Manager". No one above her, but the owner of the company, Kristel Nivelo. Terrible communication skills, will ignore you, is extremely arrogant, WILL NOT hesitate to blame the client (YOU) for mistakes the company may make (I HAVE PROOF of such behavior). Tony (Lead Installer/contractor) NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, has NO PRIDE in his work, TERRIBLE communication skills. Tara Smith (Marketing/Office Manager) as well as Momnt Banking will hound you for the payments when they want money from the client. Oh yes, and she will "send someone an email if you have a problem." As the point person, she stays beating around the bush about everything, clearly not trying to say too much, or do much to help clients. She's the definition of a complete RUNAROUND. Kristel Nivelo (Owner) apparently is the owner of the company whom no one can contact, especially if a holiday weekend is upcoming. No one knows when she works or does not (as per Karem and Tara). But she will answer a client's email, maybe..supposedly.. I'll keep you posted. For starters, we began the process with All County One Day Bath in Oct/Nov 2023. They said that it would take them 2 weeks to complete the project. It is now June 3rd and we are still dealing with issues. It's been a NIGHTMARE! Radiators were improperly installed and is making tapping sounds, our AC unit wiring was cut during the demo/remodeling and we had to pay $450 for it to be repaired and now have a hole in our wall, and the company owner (Kristel) has failed to even give us a courtesy call after their project manager has blamed us for not informing the company engineer and installers that there may be wires in the walls. Please keep in mind that this company also offers warranty of their work and this is how they treat their clients after receiving full payment. A FULL RUNAROUND! BE WARNED! ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! We should be enjoying our bathrooms instead of stressing over this. I guess we should contact the Better Business Bureau next. Maybe someone would at least have the decency to call us back, refund us for the caused damages, fix our wall and finish fixing our radiators. I hired this company and a 1 to 2 day job turned into a 5 day nightmare. I knew they were overpriced at $22,0000 for just the tub area, half wall dry area and floor in a 8'x10' bathroom but was hoping it would be a professional job with no issues , come to my surprise it was the total opposite. The worker did not speak English which made communicating difficult and the under work was terrible, not 1 thing was cut straight or sealed properly and after speaking with the company manger, they assured me it would be great and basically wanted payment. Once you make final payment they would never come back or answer you again. I withheld payment because the job was not satisfactory and they sent someone to look at it again back in July of 2024 and agreed that they job was not to standards. Wall was not straight, floor was scratched and squeaking, silicone was used to cover all gaps and smeared all over. He said they would be in touch and it is now December of 2024 and still not a phone call/email/text message. I am now doing the repairs myself as the silicone they used shrunk and more gaps and the bathtub corner shelves are now falling off and the plastic wall panel (yes its plastic, but they give it a fancy name). I had several people ask me who did the bathroom and I told them not to use this company and they were better off getting guys at Home Depot because that is probably where they got the worker to begin with and they could save themselves a lot of money. I would never recommend 1-Day All County Bath or Bath Planet and whatever name they change to or go by and wish I could go back in time and hire someone else. read more

The sales person completely lied. We needed our bath done within a month from when he came here. He said he would make a phone call to see if they could expedite it. So he said yes and made us give half of the total down because of this. Well, of course, they have an electronic contract that expire 7 days after signed, and I didn't know. I just trusted, and well, we got screwed. It was a handicapped bath shower we needed for our mom who was coming back from Florida. Well, it took 3 months. They never expedited anything. They went about their normal 3 month window. When I called, the owner was never there , and I never got called back. Then they like to use text messaging what a joke. Only respond when they feel like it. No one calls you back they don't care. Never will I ever recommend or use it again. Plus, they subcontract. The contractors that came were from a different company in Elizabeth. So why pay the middle man lesson learned. Scammers. Do not use them!!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS company. The one day bath, took 5 months. They used cheap material, we had to buy a glass door at Home Depot for 1k because the door they installed was cheap and dangerous, they are not honest at all with anything, they are only for the money. I did not sued them because I do not have time to be going to court, but that is what they deserved, after so many emails, phone calls, etc my bathroom got done, and that is not because of them but because we bought tiles for the walls as what they provided was cheap plastic boards for the walls. This rinky dink outfit is the worst. They delayed the start of the project twice. When they finally started they came unprepared. They did not factor in common sense stuff like that exterior walls need insulation. I had to provide some. None of the panels line up. The ceiling piece is of from 1/8" to 1'. Instead of installing the caddy they promised they provided to shelves that wouldn't even square off so they just left them on the side. I was left with gaps and holes on every wall and flooring. The shower door that I provided was installed uneven so it won't stay closed. The woman Bea called the next day looking for money. After I explained my displeasure. She had another guy Brian call me who is supposed to be the VP. At first he tried to bully me. When that didn't work he came to my house and made all type of promises and ask for a chance to make it right. A month later they come back with some parts they must've had laying around from another job. When I complained this Bea lady had the gall to ask for the balance of the payment. I informed my lawyer to go ahead and file a claim this week. These people are crooks. I been doing research on line and this is apparently their MO. They don't finish jobs. Try to bully people. Scam the elderly. That's why they only have a one star rating after "40 years in the industry". Don't go by what I am telling you. Look on line yourself. They are not even registered with the BBB because of how terrible they are. We have a few other people who are teaming up to go class action. Gonna try to get them blackballed. To me it is not even about the money. It is about this outfit taking advantage of their trusting customers. If I would have let them they would have walked all over me. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one... We decided to do a complete remodel of our bathroom, we chose All County in part because of the great reviews... Set up appt., salesman (Amir) came 3/7/21, showed us all the options so we signed contract. We were told completion of bathroom would be at the most 6 weeks from measurement. This (measurement) happened 3/10/21....This is when the nightmare began... Called a couple of weeks after, when I finally got hold of someone... they said they were delayed.. Asked them why I wasn't notified, they really didn't give me a good answer (everyone is delayed, this is rare but it happens, it's the warehouse in Chicago, pandemic issues etc...) Very long story short work did not begin until 5/28/21... One guy showed up and did the whole remodel.. Fernando...the only bright spot in this whole ordeal.. In between.. Not once they called  to update us, I had to frequently call. It got to the point that a Brian (manager, I think) finally called to apologize for the unprofessionalism and delay. He promised he would somehow "make it up to us". As I'm writing this I haven't heard from him... (called, left messages.. Won't hold my breath) Anyway, work finally done 6/2/21......Bathroom beautiful BUT experience ruined by their lack of communication and poor customer service .. That's 12 whole weeks after measurement..... 6 weeks delayed. This is not my first rodeo.. I've dealt with contractors before and by far All County are the most unprofessional, dishonest people I've dealt with... Not to mention very expensive... Mickey Mouse all around...No way the reviews are accurate...If I knew on 3/7/21 that this job was gonna be completed on June 2nd...NO WAY I HIRE THEM... DEAL with at your own peril... read more

I am overall satisfied with All County One Day Bath. Not sure I got the bottom price but they were within range of prices I got from other remodelers. All the employees were courteous. The bathtub an shower could have been done in one day but took two because the installer left at 2:00 PM after arriving around 9:00 am. The installation itself was completed with very neat work. The installer was very neat and cleaned up after himself and took all the scrap material with him. The basement shutoff valve was bad. The installer installed a new at no charge (I paid for the new shutoff valve, no labor charge). We like the look of the new bathtub and shower. It looks great! read more

I'd give ZERO stars if possible. One Day Bath lies and cheats, and it's a complete waste of money. I couldn't be around on the date they wanted to install my new tub, so instead of working around my schedule, I had to work around theirs. This isn't normally a big deal, but if I'm paying you thousands of dollars, you better damn well work with my schedule and needs. They told us they'd do so many things to fix our bathroom--some of those things they said would be done free of charge. Did they follow through with that? Not at all and nothing is free. I don't mind paying for services, but you cannot tell me something is free of charge and then charge me hundreds of dollars. I would not have bothered if I knew you were charging for that. The two guys who came to install were supposed to call me when they were on their way. They didn't. I also don't understand why the original date we agreed to couldn't have worked. I was told there was a specific guy they had in mind for my bathroom project but that they just learned he'd be out that day so they'd need to reschedule. So I was expecting someone phenomenal since I had to work my schedule around him. But boy was I wrong. He wasn't terrible, but definitely not worth the hoops I had to jump through. They also took several smoke breaks and left their cigarette butts on my lawn. The installation process took two days. I only have one bathroom in the house, and I was told that because I was having them install a toilet (which they said was going to be a courtesy which turned into a hundred dollar install), they would make sure I also had a toilet to use. LIE! I was without a toilet for 20 hours. I don't want to tell you want I had to work around that fiasco. But something else I couldn't understand is why the installers only worked from 10am-3pm the first day (minus however long they took for lunch). I was told by multiple people that they would work until late, past 6pm even, in order to get as much done as possible on the first day (again, so they could ensure I wasn't without a toilet). Does the tub look good? Sure, but who knows if it will last because they were supposed to rip out the walls surrounding the old tub that were water damaged. But I have no way of knowing if they did. From what I can see, they just put stuff up around it, to cover it. That is not something I should pay thousands of dollars for. And now I cannot get in touch with them to ask them about the quote I was given. read more

I would not recommend this company. The anticipated start time was delayed a week because the truck delivering the system arrived much later with no explanation. The 3 day (not 1) partial bath redo took 4 days. NOT because of any custom order (as owner responded in a review elsewhere) but likely because there was one installer who worked 8:30 to no later than 2. The quality of the work was average at best and met my overall needs and goals but there were flaws (tile cut jagged ). They did not tighten a pipe and it leaked into my downstairs closet. A worker did not show up when scheduled to evaluate an issue with my bathtub after work completed (I had rearranged my work day to accommodate this appointment). They did not follow up on this issue and I called my own plumber. Their Facebook page advertised a discount that was not applied to my invoice but which they said I received. I had previously reviewed them a generous 2.5 stars on another site, then updated it to a .5 due to whom I believe is the owner. He responded to that review with innuendo and misinformation (lies). There is no integrity in a business whose owner disrespects his customers and who deflects responsibility for shortcomings within his company. read more

This was a headache from the start. The "engineer" mis-measured and neglected to note (or even notice) that the plumbing and heater along the back wall would impact the install. The installer came on the scheduled day, and couldn't install the tub. They had to order a smaller tub and re-schedule the install (the woman from the office worked hard to make that happen). Beware that their quote includes only wall coverings (I purchased wainscoting), the tub, tub hardware, tub surround and installation. The homeowner has to purchase everything else, paint, flooring, sink, toilet...everything. Their painting was sub-par; no holes were spackled, including the ones that were left when they removed the old shower curtain bar. I had to do that myself and re-paint. But the worst thing was that they installed my pedestal sink incorrectly, gluing it to the floor over 4" away from the wall, so it was freestanding and wobbly, because they were neither experienced enough nor cared enough to do it correctly. I had to have another plumber come to re-do it. There was also a lack of communication. The installers showed up at 9:15 the first day, 11 am the next and 10:30 the next, with zero notice. The next day they didn't show up until the installer came at 3 pm to pick up a check. A three-day install took over a week, and I honestly feel ripped off. Best to use an independent bathroom renovator with a licensed plumber if your bathroom is over 20 years old. All County's "bathroom from a box" is NOT qualified to accommodate any special needs and provide a quality product. read more
