They're Super caring and they have upmost empathy when your dealing with any situation. Their love for animals really shows with their dedication to doing everything they can without running unnecessary test to just add to your bill. We found this vet, and said let's give it a try! We took our male bunny here to find out his gender. We had previously thought it was a girl. Our vet, Dr. Medders was so kind! She examined him quickly and clipped his toenails. She later on neutered him. She cares much about your pet's health. Our female, was brought here because of a broken foot. Dr. Medders calmed us down from fear to assurance. Her foot healed on its own! The surgeon was very educated about bunnies. We love this vet SO much. This vet also takes exotic animals including Bearded Dragons! This veterinarian's office is slightly hard to get to. Go through the pathway next to the car wash and you'll be there! The office is clean and the vets enjoy cuddling and comforting your pets! They loved how playful our male bunny was, and how cuddly our female was! So come here!

Notice how almost every bad review that mill creek and briarwood animal hospital has, mentions Dr. Jones name and all of the reviews have similar complaints about her. You would think this vet office would have enough common sense and care of their patients and staff to do something about that. It is one thing for a doctor to be stern and direct but just flat out mean and hurtful to people is uncalled for.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Facilities are top notch! Luckily my dog didn't have an obstruction. Lab work, X-rays, meds. Probably a little less than double what I would pay at a regular vet, but on a Sunday at a ER Vet that is expected and appropriate. And contrary to other reviews, assessment and treatment was done and payment was at the end. And I did get a detailed itemized receipt and take home meds. I hope I never need them again, but have 100% trust in them if I do!

I was told to bring him in at 730 sharp so they had time to bathe him and wait the allotted time. I was to pick him up at noon, when they closed. Nobody showed up until 8. When i returned at noon the Vet displayed confusion as to why my dog was there. He got more and more agitated, telling me that he had already told me they had to keep him all day. They didn't bathe him. They left him in the kennel all morning, untreated. I got upset with the way his voice kept rising over mine. Finally i enough of being shouted at, and demanded my dog. The Vet banged his hands down on the counter and screamed at me that i was crazy, i was crazy and get the hell out. The veterinarian did this. Screamed at me. Called me crazy and told me to get the hell out. It was the most unstable reaction I've ever seen in my life. I would NEVER trust such an unhinged person with the life of my dog. EVER.
