I brought my blue weimaraner 4 years old in for a free test and tour but Daisy stayed for about 4 hours, when I came to the door everyone greeted me and Daisy! Daisy was a hurricane rescue dog and has been through alot before I rescued Daisy, from the ones who did end up adopting her, her foster family! But they were nice but should not of had 6 dogs, one of her own dogs attacked Daisy real bad! But any way, I told the employees there about all of this, and they were all so sweet and understanding, Meagan told me that Daisy was real nervous and she stayed with her(I thought that wad super nice of her) I knew she would be, she has never stayed anywhere for the 2 years I have had Daisy). She is very attached to me! But I do love how they are set up for all the dogs and I was surprised how clean it was for as many dogs that were there! I could tell everyone really cares about animals! I took my two VERY hairy Golden Retrievers for a good spring haircut and clean-up. Kathy, the groomer did an EXCELLENT job! The dogs were very happy when I picked them up. I have to give this place 1 star. I boarded two dogs for about two weeks while we moved. My GSD has a raging ear infection and was on antibiotics. I gave her two day dose before boarding with clear instructions on remaining meds. I paid for inside room for them as well. When I picked them up They were both in the back kennel where I specifically didn't want them to be. When I got home and took out her meds there was 5 days still left inside which means no one bothered to give her any medications. I called and spoke to the owner who swore up and down she personally gave my dog her medication. Well, she didn't. As you can see there is quantity of what's inside and what's left minus a dose I gave this morning. That's unacceptable read more

took many dogs here for daycare and boarding over the years. I am VERY HAPPY that they have a no-pitbull policy, as I and my family have personally seen or heard of three unprovoked attacks. Our dogs are friendly, but I don't take them anywhere that they could be with aggressive dogs (or people). Pet lodge has always treated them well, and they like being there. read more

I've boarded my German Shepherd puppy here about three times now and he truly loved being there. He's a puppy with a lot of excitement in his body like most puppies. After picking him up this last time I was told that he could no longer come because he was too hyper to handle. They described that he doesn't walk nicely on a leash and jumps on people. Which....he does when he's really excited, but don't most puppies as they are learning and maturing? They also explained that they "have very small petite women who work there who won't be able to handle him." I personally took offense to that since I am not an ogar myself and I can handle him just fine. Upon leaving, I was able to demonstrate that he can and will behave on a leash and knows the basic commands that most dogs know such as "sit." But I was asked that he undergo "hard core training" before being considered to come back. To add insult to injury, their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to leave to go get them cash which was an awkward inconvenience after the discussion. I've given this facility no less than $1,000 worth of business in the last 6 months or so and I am sad that my puppy won't be allowed back. They must have many other customers so losing my business is no big deal. read more

Do NOT bring your pets here... the owner is a complete and total asshole. My dogs had been going there for a YEAR never had an issue with anyone or other dogs and then one day he decided to have a stick up his ass and make the younger kids tell me that my dog is no longer allowed there because he looks like he's part pit. A whole year and then suddenly there's an issue... he was too chicken shit to tell me himself and made the younger kids tell me when I went to pick him up... turns out that prick made my dog stay locked up in a kennel ALL DAY for no reason just because he didn't like the way my dog looked... he never told me when I dropped him off... he never called and asked me to come get him and the girls that work there even told me my dog has NEVER been an issue there... DO NOT waste your time taking your pets here.. there are better places to go that treat your babies with love and don't discriminate. I just spoke with someone else who said that she was just there and he wouldn't even take her name or phone number and said he refuses to even look at her dogs because of how they look... ridiculous... please rethink where you take your animals this place is NOT worth it read more

I went away for a week and left my four dogs here. I went to check the place out before I boarded them there and it was very clean the staff was very helpful and very nice. I gave him a list of what the dogs eat and how they eat how much they eat and I kept my doberman separated for my Min Pins in the same run. I called everyday and the staff was very warm and welcoming when I called. They help me bring the dogs inside when I got there and help me to the car when I left they are very nice. If and when I have to travel again or board them for a day or two I will only board my dogs here. They are very sweet and nice read more

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever been to. As a person who also owns an animal business I find it disgusting how they're called "all creatures pet lodge" and act like they don't discriminate against any animal/pet on their website. The owner of this business HATES pit bulls and has his whole staff discriminating against them too. I walked in with my sweet adorable pit bull MIX rescue named Blu and the first thing I get told is "NOPE, were not accepting that dog he looks too much like a pit bull" mind you my dog is a pit bull MIX and SHE is a female. his name is ZACH he is clearly way too young & disrespectful to have a job especially if that job is getting paid to take care of other people's animals he didn't even bother to greet me when I walked inside. Anyways I've known people who have worked here and it's not a place you want to bring your pet too.
