Seeing this place as i go by on a weekly basis, I wanted to try them out. . . I usually do my own dog bathing, but I felt I deserved a break. I called this morning and they were able to fit both my dogs in for Luxury Baths which include nails and ears. We showed up and off my girls went. As informed, I got a call 3 hours later that they were ready for pick up. The girls were calm, for them, and seemed happy and not anxious (they are not fond of baths normally). The staff and owner is VERY accommodating and friendly and the costs were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to use Willow's Groomer Services in the near future. read more

Such a cute place! Wish I had more time to look around in their shop but I was so pleased with my puppy's first grooming experience. I used to take my other dog to a different place but this place is worth the drive for me. Maverick came out looking so great and smelling even better! Priced extremely reasonably and got exactly what I needed for my short haired dog since I don't really need "grooming" as far as the trimming part but got a nice bath, nail trim and ears cleaned & smelling so good. I think it's so cute that they do a blueberry facial. Can't wait to take my other dog here and see how he likes it! read more

Outstanding! Willow's groomer really cares about the animals they groom. Earlier this year I needed to find a new groomer (I moved & also the pandemic closed down my previous groomer). I found this place right around the corner from me and got a great vibe when I talked to them. The shop is in the heard of downtown Oviedo. It is a nice little cabin-like building where they do their work. The space is nice, the parking is plenty & the staff is very friendly. Making an appointment here is simple.....call or book online. After making appointments, they text and email you to confirm. Then they also remind you the day before the appointment. The first time I arrived there was a big note on a blackboard on the wall saying "Welcome Abby!" (My dog's name). Each time after they have her name listed on the board along with all of the other animals that are scheduled as a welcome message. It is a careless experience here. They will call you right before they finish to pick up. Because they are focused on a small number of animals, it does not take terribly long either. Pricing here is reasonable for a boutique groomer. My dog is geriatric and they take care to do a 'comfort" groom, meaning they limit what they do if she becomes uncomfortable or agitated. Each time she has come out of Willow's Groomer looking like a happy and clean pup. Love this place! Definitely have found our place for grooming. read more

Brought my dog a couple of times to have nails clipped and dremeled, OK job but barely touched her nails, bought a leather collar from them for 25.00 on the way out, the leather separated and tore less than 2 weeks later and my dog got away. Next time I went to Willows, Ibrought collar with me and tried to get a refumd, they basically told me to pound sand and banned me from returning. Thats some great customer service. read more

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I just took my two kittens to Willow's Groomer for the first time for a nail trim and they exceeded my expectations. They were very quick, prices reasonable, and the shop is so cute! I was greeted promptly upon arrival and the owner/groomer even came out and introduced herself. I am really disappointed with this grooming spa. My first appointment was great but this time the owner/head stylist groomed my dog and he ended up with a racing strip on his back (that was not requested by me. I had my boyfriend show them pictures of his previous haircut for reference). I don't know anybody who wants their dog groomed with uneven fur and a racing strip shaved on his backside. I had to come back on my birthday to get his haircut fixed and when I asked Ashley to compensate me for this mishap next time, she says "technically it wasn't our fault that he was groomed this way. It was a lack of communication due to the pictures your boyfriend provided." The funny part is the photo I provided them with for reference did not have a racing strip on his back! I will never bring my pup here ever again. This grooming spa does not care about their customers and will blame you for their mistakes. I would love to hear what the owners of this shop have to say about my review. I never asked for you to shave a racing strip into my pups fur. This place clearly lacks professionalism and skills to adequately groom animals. You are better off going elsewhere or do it yourself at home; I would've done a better job than what I paid for here. I should've asked for a flat out refund with tip included. read more

Jessica is the best, she pays close attention to detail and her work is impeccable. Their shop sells reasonably priced toys and treats. The owners Ashley and her husband are an amazing team and run an even better business. Ashley has years of experience with animals as she was a vet tech, I believe. They reassured all my concerns and anxiety about leaving my newly rescued dog to be bathed. Ashley took it slow for him as most things are new to him as he was a stray. Ashley and her husband (Sorry I didn't catch his name) sent me photos and updates of my dog to again reassure me he was doing great! The prices are fair and well worth your money. My dog left smelling great, his coat was so soft and he even had a bow tie on his collar. I love supporting local small businesses and cannot say enough about Willows Grooming, they go above and beyond customer service standards and I will continue to support them! read more

The shop uses this amazing soap that not only cleans my dog but has a great fragrance that keeps my dog smelling nice long after the appointment.
