Dr. Doug Mindlins are both incredibly patient, gentle, caring, and thorough veterinarians. Over the years, they've helped our cats through eye infections, cyst growth, heart murmurs, parasites, and more, and we always felt our cats were in very good hands. The pricing has also always felt very fair no hidden fee, and before any more expensive tests, they always took the time to explain and ask first, which we really appreciated. The vet assistants are also absolutely amazing and so kind, and the front desk staff are always warm, friendly, and super quick when we need receipts or SOAP notes. Overall, we've had such a wonderful experience here. We're honestly really sad that after leaving Fort Lauderdale, we won't be able to keep coming here and seeing everyone anymore. One for my male cat who landed incorrectly and broke his back foot and recent I went here under an emergency after my newly spayed Kitty developed a Seroma that quickly became infected. It's important to mention my cat was NOT spayed at this location but at a cat clinic. The girl who answered immediately had me text over images to Dr Berrios and within minutes he answered. The following days after visiting and getting treatment not only did the front desk girls call me to follow up on my baby but so did Dr Berrios. He took time out of his personal life to text me and make sure everything was okay just as they had done the first time with my male cat. My cat is since then recovering well. Honestly, if he could've just pretended to care for 2 minutes, I probably wouldn't even be writing this.
