I went on yelp and found Avila Styles, which was right around the corner from the hotel I am staying in. I am only off on weekends, so trying to find an appointment was rather difficult, because they were booked out pretty far. Fortunately, there was a cancelation and i snagged a spot with Wyatt. Wyatt was outgoing, professional, and gave me a great haircut and beard trim. Great service over all, and if im still in the area when i need another clean up... ill be back.

She said it again and he reapplied his feet. She then again snipped so he thought maybe she met the other bar the one that pumps the chair up so he put his feet there and said to her 'Am I supposed to pump my own seat up?' She raises her voice and snips 'I have to have control of my chair! I don't like to be touched!' He then took the cap off, said he wasn't going to stay with her attitude. We left. I had even explained to this salon that I want a hairstylist similar to the Master colorist I had at Ulta. This salon lied and told me that they do have a master colorist and an experienced hairstylist. The hairstylist I got was a very young lady who only had 2 years of experience of being a hairstylist and who did not know what she was doing. Not only did she not wash my hair, properly (after putting the color on me), but then she also did not even colored all of my roots (as I had specified in my initial phone call with the salon). I had mentioned all of my concerns to this front desk lady, who was smirking and giggling silently. Nobody was concerned enough to talk to me as a paying customer and it was very obvious that they only care about getting money. The owner of the place did not talk to me, at all. There seems to be no customer care in this place. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon at all

I was ready to compromise and do something else that better reflected my budget. Instead I was met with so much grace and so much willingness to work something out without compromising my desires. This was really unexpected and really shows how much (Kayla) cares about making sure you leave her chair happy. She went above and beyond and truly outdid herself. She did exactly what I was hoping for and more. I'm really impressed with not only her skill but her customer service. She's amazing and I would recommend Kayla to anyone and everyone I know!
