I've continued to have frustrating experiences with this office, and unfortunately, it's become a pattern rather than a one-time issue. There are consistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from staff. I've had problems during my children's routine cleanings as well as with billing and insurance. Each time an issue comes up, it's made to feel like the fault is on my end rather than theirs, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. At our most recent visit, today, we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and still were not seen until over 40 minutes later. No one communicated the delay--we had to go up to the front desk ourselves to ask what was going on. Once again, we were given a vague excuse and a weak apology, but no real effort to improve the situation or keep us informed. It shouldn't be the patient's responsibility to repeatedly ask for updates or clarity. Communication and respect for patients' time are basic expectations, and this office continues to fall short.
