I've continued to have frustrating experiences with this office, and unfortunately, it's become a pattern rather than a one-time issue. There are consistent delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from staff. I've had problems during my children's routine cleanings as well as with billing and insurance. Each time an issue comes up, it's made to feel like the fault is on my end rather than theirs, which is both frustrating and unprofessional. At our most recent visit, today, we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment and still were not seen until over 40 minutes later. No one communicated the delay--we had to go up to the front desk ourselves to ask what was going on. Once again, we were given a vague excuse and a weak apology, but no real effort to improve the situation or keep us informed. It shouldn't be the patient's responsibility to repeatedly ask for updates or clarity. Communication and respect for patients' time are basic expectations, and this office continues to fall short. I'm disappointed and honestly tired of dealing with the same issues over and over again.

I called Dr. Brandt's office at 8AM this morning and they had him in the exam room by 9:45am. After they examined him, they promptly came up with a treatment plan, and managed to work him in by 11:15. We were able to get everything done on the same day, as a walk-in! The staff was extremely polite and very helpful, they answered all of my questions, and even called this afternoon to check on him and make sure he was doing alright. Aside from the wonderful staff, the atmosphere is amazing and 100% child friendly. They really helped to make what was sure to be a disastrous day not so bad.

I brought my daughter here for a checkup and they told me she had 2 cavities. They needed to do a…read morecrown on one and would like to do a crown on the other but it wasn't necessary. I decided if we didn't need a crown, we will just get a filling. I brought her in for her appointment to do the crown and filling and they did back x-rays while she was under anesthesia because she wouldn't allow them to do them before. She had an additional 4 cavities between her teeth that the x-rays revealed. They were small cavities easily fixable with fillings but they highly recommended crowns because of the amount of cavities she had and she is prone to them. I went ahead and agreed to that against my better judgement and not having but 2 minutes to think about it. Now she has 5 capped teeth that are all silver and her gums are really red and bleeding in those areas. I regret agreeing to the crowns. I know this was my choice but everything I've read about this suggests doing crowns on teeth that are not fixable with a filling or are broken or decayed. Her teeth are not like that all. I'm so upset and disappointed in this children's dentist office that she has this much metal in her mouth and they put it in her when it wasn't necessary to do so. Parents, do your research before making any decision like this that your child will have to live with for a good part of their life!!! I wish I had!! All so very nice, patient, friendly, kind, and loving. I have never had an issue with anyone until Dr. Woods who became my dentist unknowingly in 2025. The service he provided for my teeth fillings was so unprofessional. He and the hygienist (new) left me during my service with the mouth spreader in my mouth for over 5 minutes with all four teeth exposed down to the root after he removed all the old fillings. The heavy apparatus in my mouth was so unbearable to point I could not take it, so I took it out and placed it on my chest. He comes back in I could tell he did not like that but he didn't say anything. They start working and the hygienist keeps pulling my lips so wide and stretching them, Dr. Woods say are you ok? I say no, I had to tell him to please stop pulling my lips so wide when suctioning. This service should have been done in 2 appts but he did all 4 fillings, which is not customary for the length of time it took...over 2 hours. Needless to say the fillings were not done properly, I had to return for him to fix and to day the fillings are still not fixed. My new dentist says, the top filling is uneven and need to be drilled down. The year prior they placed a crown on my tooth, again improperly done by a hygienist and Dr. Bowcutt. My new dentist also says it was improperly place over my tooth causing food to get caught in my gums around the tooth. Two weeks later, they sent me a letter saying I was being dismissed from their office due to breakdown in communication. Mind you, No communication was ever had. After you give me crappy unprofessional service, you're dismissing me without fixing my teeth. I was never rude, loud, or anything. All my complaints were done in a professional manner and still they treated me like crap. Please do not go to this dentist, Julia is the rudest, most unprofessional office manager I've ever come across. Front staff is not much of assistance, when I called kept me on hold for the over 15 minutes, one call had to hang up and try the next day. If you want to be treated with respect, courtesy, dignity, and receive professional gold standard dental services this is not the dentist you want to bring your children or yourself to. They made me to fill up very long documents before the appointment, so I gave them all the insurance information. However, they did not claim one of the insurance, and sent me a bill to pay out of pocket with a letter that they will send my information to their attorney to collect the treatment fee plus their attorney fee. I called them to give the insurance information AGAIN, no apology from the clerk but taking the information. But they sent me another unpleasant letter instead doing their job, billing correctly on time.
