Always the best. Never a bad experience with Dr Phillips or Dr Plant. My last visit was to have a temporary cap replaced with the permanent cap. Sunny took care of removing the temporary cap and she explained everything while doing so. Dr Phillips put the permanent cap in and was finished before I knew it. Dr Plant is awesome! He will tell you the best procedure for you to do, not the best profitable for him but what's best for his patient's needs. He started with a two temp wax molds that were partials and they did not fit correctly either of them. I had to get dentures but he was very compassionate through the whole thing. The dental assistants are beyond awesome. I really don't think they have bad days in this office because you could never tell. I'm pain free tonight thanks to Allison for fixing my dentures. It hasn't been a week and I can honestly say I am pain free and don't loath putting my new dentures in. Let's talk office staff! The wonderful smile that greets you by name when you walk in would turn your day around. To Kayla in insurance and beautiful lady's for appts, they all help you. I got referred to this place for some work from Billy Johnson on post and I am really impressed. The place is so nice, the dental chairs are really comfortable and have massagers built into them, there is also a tv right in front of you so you can keep your mind off the task at hand. Dr. Rajbhandari is really awesome too, he was talking to me the whole to let me know what was going on and the rest of the staff was very nice too. First, just to be clear, the pictures if the staff and the Dr. that Yelp is reporting are not the staff that are there any longer. I can only assume that the previous staff/owner is why they have 5 stars. The Doctor is spectacular, but the Insurance assistant is either lazy or ignorant. After writhing in pain an night with horrible throbbing pain, I slowly made my way to the office, 20 minute drive, in tears. When I got to the office they were having a meeting and asked me to come back. I was in tears and crying and they did not care. This should have been my first warning. Being in pain, I was not being very delicate but I never raised my voice or anything like that. I did get in and I could tell the insurance "professional" was very upset that she was not getting her cupcakes from the meeting. Meanwhile, I am still writhing in pain. I went in for an exam and the insurance "specialist" could not find my insurance. I left the office, still writhing in pain, with no help since I could not afford the non insurance covered work. I got home and did a Bing search and found the insurance billing and my info in less than 10 minutes. I am going to a different dentist now, the fact that any human being who is supposed to care for others (medical / Dental) would allow an incompetent person to put their customers in a painful position is unforgivable. Stay away, there are many more and awesome dentists to choose from, and no matter how great the dentist, being abused by the staff is unacceptable. read more

I just moved to the area and had been experiencing severe tooth pain they took me the next day. The staff way super friendly and made my fear of the dentist almost nonexistent I had made an appointment a week and a half after seeing them, but I couldn't take the pain anymore so I gave them a call and they took me that day! They made me feel super comfortable and fixed my cavities in no time! Highly recommend!! read more

I first visited dr. Raj in October 2014. I called multiple dentist in Killeen to get a quote on some extra extractions. Only royal dentist called me back the next day and asked I come in and visit the clinic before I made a decision. My dental insurance had yet to kick in but I was able to get a fair price and even had the doctor call me at night to make sure I was ok. When I went back in Jan the receptionist assisted me in contacting my insurance company she also took the time to explain to me my benefits. The four times I went back I was made to feel very comfortable in spite of my fears of shots. I am now completed with my dental work and30 years of pain has been alleviated. The doctor and his entire staff are first class but my dental assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, to work with my insurance company and and alleviate my fear. I recommended very few people in my life but I would recommend royal dental anybody having problems with their teeth. In today's age there are so many negative reviews of so many places. I've really enjoyed going to Royal Dental for the last 1.5 years. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always very patient if I have any questions. The office and clinic are very comfortable and comfort-oriented. The dental chairs are easy to lay in, and there is a flat screen to watch while you wait. The dentists and dental techs are always very careful and pleasant, and my experiences with them have been easy, painless, and positive. I'm happy that I found them in the area. The wait time is pretty minimal when you have an appointment, and scheduling within the week has never been an issue for me. read more

If I would've had a dentist like Dr. Phillips, earlier in my life, I would have a full set of healthy teeth. Having an emergency situation involving an infection around an abscessed tooth, I was forced, yes forced to seek medical attention. Many offices advocate emergency care but had NO openings until the following day. Royal dentistry welcomed me to come immediately. Dr. Philips is compassionate, gentle, and very kind. She made sure I was in no pain as she did her procedure of ridding my jaw of this swelling by draining as much as she could. I returned 2 days later for the extraction... I was dreading this day... And it turns out that was just all the previous baggage from my former encounters. Dr Philips takes her time and it was unlike any other extraction I have ever had... Painless.. She is just amazing and I am so over all the trauma from the previous"professional" barbarians I entrusted my teeth to.
