I have been seeing Dr Patel for 8 years now. She is the best. She is knowledgeable, patient, gentle and your staff is the same. During this time she has diagnosed pain in my mouth and sent me to a great doctor for a root canal and the pain was gone. She has seen some concerning issues with my tongue and followed up appropriately with that and she has replaced a crown. I am moving but I will be making the drive back to stay at this office. read more

After seeing all of the positive reviews for this place I was eager to come here. I was referred to root canal specialist and then had to come back to All Dental Care to get a crown. I was fitted MULTIPLE times on different days and as someone who goes to college in Macon, I had to make the 1 hour and a half drive to come in. I was exposed to unnecessary amounts of radiation from the x-rays that had to be retaken every single time I came which was a total of 5 times. Not to mention, one of the staff members messed up the impression so I had to come in AGAIN. After paying almost $2,000 for a crown I did NOT receive, I had to pay to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in order to get the crown. Why wasn't I told this before paying $2k when the Dr had seen my x-rays? They just care about money here and I would save myself the headache and money and not come here. My only regret is ever trusting All Dental Care. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Patel and staff. Dr. Patel is very professional, and took the time to explain the procedure and options for my needs as well as what was covered under my insurance. I visited her twice with questions before I went ahead with the treatment, and each time she was very helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Pricing for services outside insurance are fair and one does not have to wait months for an appointment. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Great dentist! read more

OMG so let me tell you about my last 24 hours. So picture this it's 11pm you go for a quick snack before bed as you bite into your snack theres a strange feeling in your mouth. You open your mouth to find your crown fell out ok it's funny now but I was terrified. I had a permanent crown put in back in November of last year and I guess the crown ()was tired and fell out. I called my sister who lives 4 hours away and she and I began searching for an emergency dentist office( gotta love big sisters). My dentist is closed on Fridays and is booked so that was a no go.. my sister came across All Dental care. The reviews were amazing so I made an appointment for today. I went in with my crown in a zip loc bag and Dr. Patel was able to work a miracle to get it back on. She was super kind, patient and skilled. Words can't express how happy I was that they were able to fit me in at the last minute. You don't know what you need until you need it. If you ever need an emergency dentist appointment. Wow. Forget this place. I have a medical Dr. Patel and his prices are very reasonable, but this lady Dr. Atusha Patel won't give you any pricing upfront at all, charges $99 just for an exam which is fine, but then charges twice as much as anyone else in the area. They talk about a $75 discount plan which gives (20-40%) off, but this price even included that! Terrible, awful, deceptive. Almost bait and switch. We couldn't even get a copy of the quote when we left. Something is very wrong here. read more

I went to the same dentist for more than 20 years, but the distance made staying with the practice difficult. Add to that having kids (my old doc didn't see kids). So, I took a chance on Dr. Patel, based on rave reviews from a few people, in the hopes of finding a closer dentist who could see my whole family. I'm so glad I did! She is warm, kind, and helpful. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything she did, everything she observed about our health, and all of her recommendations. My five year old was as calm with her as could be - and that speaks volumes. In addition to her being great, she employs a staff of equally wonderful people. Not one person working for her was less than stellar - from Jessica, who made all things insurance a breeze, to our hygienist Kelly, the techs... everyone was professional, competent, and kind. They are going above and beyond for making sure their patients and staff stay safe during this time. They not only check your temperature when you walk in, but also your oxygen level. Only one patient is allowed in the waiting room at a time. The hygienist wears 2 masks (shout out to Samantha for being awesome) as well as the doctor. I felt completely safe during my visit and was very impressed about how they went that extra few steps than what was required.. read more

Dr. Patel has been my whole family's dentist since we moved to East Cobb a few years ago. She is so kind, easy to talk to, and painstaking in getting her procedures just right...without causing the patient pain. She's been able to meet me during the weekend to fix a broken temporary crown, too. It took her less than 10 minutes. Dr. Patel's whole staff is really nice too. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Patel and Kelly for almost 2 years now. We cannot say enough good things about her practice and her team. I used to avoid the dentist at all costs but I actually do not mind going to this office. We are always greeted by name by Jessica at the front desk and never wait more than 5 minutes to be called back for cleanings. The office is always impeccably clean and all their equipment is new. I, like many others, have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past which has held me back from being a regular attendee. I'm realizing now that I'm an adult with kids that look up to me that I need to change these habits and happened along All Dental Care. From the moment we walked in I knew that we would be well cared for. The check in process was quick at a computer monitor (so no piles of endless paper), Jessica at the front desk was welcoming, charmingly sarcastic and had a varied selection of movies to entertain my kids while they waited their turn (we watched Harry Potter that first day). There was no wait time to speak of in the front or the back. Cristal took care of me in one room while my 2 boys got their teeth checked out in another room. One has sensory issues and he didn't complain at all (which is saying something!). Dr. Patel was warm, knowledgeable and to the point and didn't try to upsell us at every turn, but didn't try to rush us through either (even though it was a quick visit). I will certainly continue my dental relationship for me and my kids here at All Dental Care. A different kind of experience for sure. read more

I wanted to wait until I got my filling to review. I'm from Seattle and it's always a pain to find a new dentist, especially after moving so far. I've had a wide range of dentistry (move a lot). I know bad and I know good. I enjoyed my initial visit, lady at the front desk cracked me up, bravo! Don't ever leave! Doctor was very nice, experienced, staff asked repeatedly if I needed anything, water, whatever. They took my x-rays, explained my problem areas, proactively and aggressively offered a plan for me slow down any progression of soft spots (Fluoride treatment and take home Fluoride treatment). Pointed out stress fractures in teeth and offered me guidance on how to handle that, offered me quotes on future work that could happen down the road. (I'm uninsured). I needed a filling. On my filling visit, which was very easy to schedule compared to my Seattle experiences, the lady at the front desk joked how I wouldn't even feel the numbing, and she was right. Doctor has a good hand at feeling out and addressing the nerve (I've had bad, aggressive experiences) and front desk gal was correct, didn't feel it. I did get have to get numbed twice, but that was only because what I thought was nerve pain was actually just sensitivity from the cold water on another tooth that had been filled. But she was so exact and intuitive during this process, she knew the moment I had even an inkling of discomfort which was never more than a chill, and remedied it with skilled experience and a simple dental dam of cotton. She asked SEVERAL times if I was okay. Filling itself took no more than 15-20min. Very fast. Good team. I'm sold for as long as I live in this fine Georgia area! read more

After a terrible experience with a different dentist after moving here from Seattle last year, my family and I were not excited to try to find another dentist out here. After searching yelp and finding Dr. Patel with great reviews, I headed to their website. The website is clean, clear, and welcoming. This prompted a call to the office to see about getting my family and I all in at the same time on a specific day. Karina is hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had as a patient in a medical facility. She is warm, helpful, welcoming, patient and kind. Our hopes were high when we went to the office. The office is the same. Clean, warm, inviting, and welcoming...not easy to say that about a dental office! The assistants and hygienist accommodated every need we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I have pretty severe anxiety and I felt so supported sitting in the chair. The assistant held my hand because she saw that is what I as a patient needed. Dr. Patel is one in a million. She is everything you would want from a dentist. Gentle, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and as fast or slow as you the patient need her to be. I feel so thankful to have found this office! Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!
