When I called about pricing, before their appointments, I did tell them I had a 20 pound dog and a 8 pound dog. I wish they would've been more upfront about the pricing. If they were more upfront, I wouldn't be as upset about charging more. They even charged extra for conditioner, which I assumed was included on the full spa experience.
