The only reason I'm making a review now is because I tried reaching out to give the owner a chance to make it right or even deal with the groomer and I didn't get a respons. Also, her grooming was the best yet. It was perfect. They got so much of her undercoat off, and her hair looks so much shinier now. They took a lot of time, brushing her out and used a conditioner that has probiotics and gave her a good shine.
