I so wanted to love this place. My dogs look good but my husband said it was dirty which makes me nervous about infections. He is not that picky about places. They quoted me $55 for the full spa treatment. Turns out they classified my 20 lbs dog as a medium, which was more expensive. When I called about pricing, before their appointments, I did tell them I had a 20 pound dog and a 8 pound dog. I wish they would've been more upfront about the pricing. If they were more upfront, I wouldn't be as upset about charging more. They even charged extra for conditioner, which I assumed was included on the full spa experience. My usual cat groomer was booked out so I sent out a message to a few groomers. This place answered first. And I am so glad! I got an appt. in a very reasonable time, and although I was nervous to take my 15 year old cat to a new place the second I walked in they made me feel very welcome and it was a warm environment. Morgan (the cat whisperer) was very caring and showed honest interest and concern for my cat. She took her time de-furring my ball of poof ensuring that my cat was comfortable and didn't have an escalation of anxiety. A horrible place I took my dog there several times, but the last time I went the service was horrible, and my dog didn't get the service that I paid for,. Also that day a dog broke a window trying to escape from this place, and I have to wait 9 hours to get my dog groomed. Know that I know that 2 dogs were killed here it makes sense why my dog was crying every time and didn't want to cooperate with her. He was trying to bite her constantly. So I left this horrible place and my dog has been groomed already in 2 different places and none of them told me that my dog bite them. Actually, they said that my dog was sweet and actually he was kissing them. Please do not go to this place if you don't want your dog to suffer pain or even die!!! read more

Morgan was so wonderful to work with! My 1-year-old Cairn Terrier had never been to the groomer before, and she was so sweet and gentle with him. She also explained steps and tools she used to hand-strip my terrier, so I could understand the process. She is the only person I could find in town who hand-strips double-coated dogs! She checked in with me throughout his 2-hour session, which I totally appreciated. I saw several newly groomed dogs (wide range of breeds) get picked up during our session, and they all looked really good too! Finally, her prices were very reasonable! This was my dogs first ever trip to the groomers, or really anywhere without his mama. I had seen Morgans advertising on facebook often, and with a little extra cash on hand I decided to give it a shot, as I love to support local. Morgan has many different services she offers, with exciting things to come. She seems to genuinely love our furry friends, and was excellent with my anxious boy. She listened to my concerns considering it was his first trip, and helped ease my worries by explaining how she did everything, and promised to keep me updated should he have any problems. She was so great with him though, there were none! His appointment was finished when she said it would be, and when I arrived he was happy to see me, but not relieved, which makes me believe he felt safe in her care. Not to mention he was all over her! My dogs intuition on people has been pretty spot on so far, and he HATED baths at home, and REFUSED to let us trim his nails so the fact she did all that to him, and he still wanted to be all over her says a lot to me. Not to mention her prices are amazing, very reasonable for a groom! For 50 dollars my boy got a bath with all natural fancy products, his nails trimmed, his teeth brushed, and a leave in conditioner that days later- he still feels soft!! I was a bit worried the leave in conditioner would have left a residue, but there was none! And I know I'm missing a few other things he received,but- His fur is like silk, and it was like straw before. Morgan also offers discounts for returning customers, or those referred to her! If you're looking for a groomer, or just want to support someone local, I 100% recommend Morgan and her business. I truly thought my dog was going to be traumatized considered how he reacts at home during grooming things, but he's even better than before! And he's so soft and fluffy! He's a medium sized ACD/GSD dog, looks like a German Shepherd but is the size of a cattle dog. She handled him amazingly. read more
