Brady and Steve were able to handle everything we needed with precision and quality. They were professional in every aspect of the job, from communication, to pricing, to daily routine. They had the skills to handle the full job, including installing cabinetry, appliances, tile, plumbing, electrical and hardware. They did a stunning masonry job on our fireplace, complete with a custom mantle. They built a faux beam to match the mantle and installed all new lighting and fans to finish the room. There was no shortage of delays caused by the cabinet distributor, but Brady and Steve were smart and flexible, allowing them to keep the job moving along. The molding is particle board, so it doesn't hold the paint. The molding fell off the base and split off the island on Thanksgiving day. We had friends and family there and they can't believe the poor quality!! It was so embarrassing. The shelves they built have fallen multiple times and broken a bunch of my things. I contacted Erick and he did not care and blamed my jewelry that was chipping the paint. I wear one ring on one of my fingers. I sent him pictures of the particle board that broke, chipped paint, fallen shelves, and he had no response. Wow! We spent probably about $80,000 on our particle board kitchen. I am sooo disappointed. I'm the most disappointed that he won't fix the issues. BEWARE!!

Not only were they the only place in town that offered a full project management option in-house, i.e. design and construction but they also came and gave a preliminary design appointment without requiring a non-refundable deposit. That really helped us feel comfortable with them in terms of their capability and get a good understanding of pricing. In addition to all that their professionalism, promptness, and flexibility were spectacular. The final product came out better than expected and we're over the moon with the outcome. Any future renovation projects we have will be done through Remedy. I highly recommend them for any big or small project, you won't be disappointed!

Very transparent with costs and time estimates, as well as the scope of what our repairs entailed. We had several other companies come out and look at the project and they were not nearly as straightforward and matter of fact. I messaged Kip on a Friday after hours and he replied quickly. I wanted him to install four ceiling…read morefans in my home. He told me he could do the work on Monday morning. So I went to Lowe's and bought the fans that night. Lowe's wanted $179 for each fan to install. Kip gave me a quote for 560$ which included putting fan boxes in the ceiling and buying those parts. He showed up on time, communicated promptly and effectively and completed the job quickly. I wasn't home for the install; my wife was. What I was most impressed by was Kip's honesty. He told me that when he removed the lights, the builder had already installed fan boxes. I would have never known otherwise if he hadn't been forthcoming with this information. He adjusted the invoice and removed 300$ from the total cost since the fan boxes didn't need to be installed. My total out the door was $260 for four ceiling fans to be installed. That would have cost me $716 if I had elected to have Lowe's do the install. I'm so glad I went to Yelp and found this company. They already had great reviews and that's why I gave them a call. After dealing with Kip it is clearly evident why he has five star reviews. I will go to Kip in the future for any handyman needs. I highly recommend him and his services to others.
