We simply told them what we wanted a week before the wedding when I did confirmations; when the driver picked us up I agreed he could charge the amount for the drinks to my cc. Easy Peasy. I was slightly frustrated when one month before the wedding I rec'd a phone call that the limo-bus we selected had been struck by lightening and was not operational. Al-Limo redeemed itself when it offered us another available limo-bus that was larger but at a discounted rate. I'm not sure what we would have done if they had not had another bus available for rent. We ended up with the 23-passenger Mini-Coach - we actually enjoyed having the 4-top tables with drink holders. There was more than enough space for the bridal party of 12 and some tag along friends/dates. I am pleased with the responsiveness of Alan and with the friendliness and professionalism of the driver (Mike, I believe his name was). He might not have known where he was going some of the time but I was happy to help. Limo bus was clean. I would use them again.
