The worst company with bunch of liars. Very good at getting your business by giving you a low quote and make you pay a large initial deposit. They demolish the site right away. Then they tell you they won't be able to do the job for the initial quote and hike it like four times. Now you are totally stuck with them. Also they don't get the required city permit. Abandon the site for days and you get fine from the city. They don't answer your calls and their message box is always full. So much frustration and sleepless nights. THE WORST COMPANY!! I spent 23,000 USD to replace my front and side steps. These guys sent the BEST guys to get the contract and then sent a bunch of NON-experienced guys - They delayed the project by many weeks. They tried their level best to steal more money by saying that I have to waterproof the area etc - I never had any water issues for the past 15 years. this is a horrible company! avoid doing business with them at all costs! they will be very nice in the beginning but once you hire them and pay them forget it. all this company cares about is money. they came to fix my roof and it started leaking two days later. it was worse than before they "fixed" it. when i called to tell them the problem they were very rude and unprofessional. they even offered a "warranty" on the work but good luck getting them to fix it within a decent amount of time. the leak got worse and caused a lot of damage in my home. this company is unprofessional, unreliable and not trustworthy at all! save yourself alot of money and aggrevation and hire a reputable company. read more

I told them, when I hired them, that the cleaning and repairs I needed were an audition for more work if they did a good job. They did do a good job, but they also tried to BS about repairs I didn't need. They told me they couldn't anchor their ropes to my chimney, because it wasn't stable, but it was pretty obvious they had, indeed, anchored their ropes there. (And a contractor neighbor had been up there just a little while ago and we knew that the chimney was perfectly fine) They barefacedly lied to me about moisture in my basement getting into the heating unit and made up the most asinine story about carbon monoxide I've ever heard. So, sure, they cleaned and repaired my gutters, but they failed the audition and won't get my business again. read more

STAY AWAY! These guys are not "all experienced", they are NOT experienced at all. Do not even consider them for any service. Hired them for concrete work, always promised to come the next day. A few weeks later with the job still incomplete, they finally came to finish the job. They did a poor job, could not even keep a straight line in the concrete slab--it was crooked and curved. They told me they would pour 6" of concrete, they poured 1-2. Did not know how to properly cure the concrete. Subsequently I watched a few videos on youtube on how to properly do the job and they did it completely wrong. They are con artists with no real experience. I'm not even going to get into payment issues, I'll just say it is as bad as the work they do. Please, stay away, I hope they get shut down and sued. read more

They rescheduled and postponed the appointments four times, and they lied saying that I never answered my phone! They never called me and I had to take out my day work four times because of their lying appointments. The Boss here told me when I asked what's the point of making appointment if he doesn't keep it, he said appointment is valid as long as he doesn't die and everything is fine on the day. After receiving an appointment 1.5 weeks later, we waited around for the "technician", Benny, to arrive. Mind you, when (1) setting up the appointment, when (2)I called the confirm the appointment was still on AND when (3) the company called to inform me the technician was on his way, I confirmed and re-confirmed the services required. Long story short, Benny the "technician", never stopped texting, was not prepared to do any chimney cleaning AND left his van's engine running even after I inquired why he didn't turn it off. Not surprisingly, Benny provided ludicrously high estimates with very questionable assessments. His story kept switching when his flawed reasoning was tested. Of course, he never looked me in the eye either. These folks are not trustworthy. Save your time and money and turn to your friends for a proper referral. read more

I got my roof redone through them in JUly of 2012 and it has not even been a year that the roof started leaking in the spring of 2013. After making several phone calls to them & false assurances of sending somebody to fix the problem today they started hanging up on me. I have decided to register a complaint against them with NJ Consumer affairs & if the matter doesn't get resolved i will take it up further. It is there mess and they will have to pay for it. The technician Bill came to our home and was supposed to clean the chimney but instead came up with $10k worth of damage we needed repaired. He went up on the roof and stuck the brush in from the top a minute and then never cleaned it from the hearth. He put our chimney cap on and it blew right off the next day. When we complained, the boss told us he would return our $60 check. Bill promptly called my husband and threatened him- saying that we wanted to make him get fired. Instead of reporting that back to his boss or the police- we let it go. Today I just saw the $60 check cashed from my account. Not happy at all. If this is not rectified, I will be calling the police and filing a BBB report. Beware before you hire for a job. read more

I agree with all other reviews. Within one year of redone roofing, several Shingles blow up with wind due to small nails and was not properly pushed in roof. Upon calling promised to come for repair and see. Asked to show contractor if I paid some one else to reimburse. But never Show up. Please stay away. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Hired them to do a stairs repair and repave my driveway. Needless to say the day their subcontracted workers showed up I knew I had made the wrong decision. After the repair of the stairs which they did a horrible job on, I fired them and they owe me money back now. I will be also be filing in small claims court. Please if you have any questions call consumer affairs, I have filed with them as well. They can give you a lot of info!!! When I called for the appointment to have a free written estimate for my insurance covered roof repair I was happy to see they could fit me in on such short notice after hurricane Sandy. I waited around for 4 hours for them to arrive. When they arrived they could barely speak or understand English and could not understand what my requirements were for the roof repair. They also did not know what a roof cupola and weather vane were which is why I called them in the first place. After getting lost on my roof and still not understanding what needed to be done they came down and gave me a business card with a cash price written on the back. I told him I needed a written estimate for my insurance company and he shook his head and handed me the business card with a price on the back. I then handed the card back to him and said I don't do business that way and I dismissed him and sent them on their way. Very professional roofing company. When I called, he came the same day to give me an estimate. The next day he and his crew showed up and the roof was done in three days. They laid tarp on my lawn and completely cleaned up the mess. The inspector from my insurance company was completely satisfied with their repairs. These people are a waste of time! Do not bother. Waited from 12:00 to 5:00 on a Saturday. They kept saying he was a half hour away for a chimney cleaning. Eric called at 6:00 and said he was over an hour away. I didn't want him to go up on the roof in the dark, so he said he would come on Sunday at 2:00. All Experienced, came to my home and gave me an estimate for a new chimney to the roof level up. The price was very reasonable. When they got down to the roof level they saw that my chimney was shifting away from my home. It was a very dangerous situation. The chimney was needed to go down to the ground level and rebuilt completely. I was very thankful for the professionalism and honesty that i received from All Experienced. They even helped me put a claim in to my insurance company so i could be refunded some of the money. Overall I highly reccommend ALL EXPERIENCED, , honmest and trustworthy., they do beautiful work. and they work around your schedule, and very reasonable pricing!!!! read more

They parked in front of neighbors driveway blocking them in and when asked to move, suddenly nobody spoke English. They could speak it quite fluently while the handed out a business card twenty minutes later. Make sure you do a little more research before hiring any contractors...after this experience I found them on the better business bureau with an F rating. read more
