**I FEEL ROBBED AND SCAMMED OUT OF $150+** I personally did a search on Yelp for gutter cleaning on 8/18 and saw that this business had a voucher. I purchased the voucher and then messaged the business to see if they want me to print it out. He messaged back saying he told me back in 2022 that he didn't accept vouchers as if I'm supposed to remember a conversation like that for a service done once/twice a year. Also, if you don't accept them why not just remove this optional voucher especially since it's been 2 years and still on your page. This is no different than having a coupon code listed on your window for your store front and then telling people you won't accept it. They did a wonderful job cleaning our newly purchased home's wildly dirty gutters and power washing the entire property's concrete walkways, steps, house, and roof. I truly wish I had taken before and after pictures, because the transformation was incredible. The home has older fashioned aluminum siding, which is much harder to clean. The side of the burgundy home was green from years of overgrown shrubs. They were able to restore it to burgundy again. This is the first and ONLY-- let me say that again ONLY Company I will ever call and entrust the care and maintenance of my beautiful homes gutters. I know that sounds odd, but the customer service from Fausto, from the first inquiry to the end of the job, was top notch! Fausto came by the house this Saturday as planned and right away inspected the gutters and although I had only planned on the front sets to be cleaned, it was a wise decision to inspect the back gutters as well. Because based upon his inspection of the front he found that not only were the front gutters loaded with so much gunk and muck that he felt the back may be the same. Well turns out not only did he clean all of them out, front and back- but they actually needed to be re-secured in some areas. WHO KNEW?!!
