So I switched to NJHMS and have used them for the last several years. They never try to up-sell me new gutters. They come out 4x a year, notify me before and after, the gutters are clean and rarely tell me that I need a small repair. The prices for cleaning and repair are very reasonable. He gave me an appointment for the next day, Wednesday 7/30/25. He said the arrival window was from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. He apologized for the long waiting time. I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. I told her NOT to reschedule, if I wanted to try again I would call back myself to do so.
