Base on my personal experience from consultation to recovery:…read more Consultation appt was done in Milford closer to home. Location was great, staffs were really friendly, wait time can be long as it seemed that they were trying to fit in as many patients as possible. Dr Patel was pleasant and the assistants were all helpful and friendly. However, I felt rushed by my appointment. The following up email from the lasik team was always very efficient and helpful guidance to what to expect, videos of the procedure, the dos and don'ts for recovery and other additional information were sent out by email. The lasik team was able to answer questions via email. I felt a bit more at ease knowing what to expect from the surgery. A month before the surgery date, I was informed that my doctor won't be doing my surgery. I have had to reschedule my surgery. It was a bit unexpected since I have already taken those dates off from my workplace. Anyhow, I was able to get my surgery done a week before my original appointment. It was done by Dr Brenner instead. On Monday of my surgery week, I received my surgery time and more details by email. Parking can be a pain especially there isn't any designated parking lot for Boston Vision. Meters are everywhere so you can park on the street. Upon arrival, there was a bit of waiting time. Then more testings done. Met with Dr Brenner after one or two testings. They finalized and corrected something important in the contract regarding of my right eye being the distance eye and left eye to be the eye for reading since I was doing mono vision lasik. Dr Brenner was nice and easy to talk to. Answered a couple of my concerns and questions. From then on, they asked me to sit in the waiting area and to be called in for surgery. Then an assistant came back and ask me to re do one of the eye exams coz they didn't get the results or right readings. Went back to re do the test then I was being asked to sit in the lounge room to be called for the surgery. Snacks and water or drinks were provided. As I walked into the surgical room, lots of bright lights above me. I laid down on a flat bed and immediately the assistants put some numbing eye drops on my eyes. Everything kind of just went really fast. One after an other. My left eye definitely needed more numbing drops as I asked. So they went to my right eye and started there first. I could see the whole procedure. Tool to open my eye lids and kept them open. I think they said it took about 12 mins for both eyes. But the most traumatic experience I had was with the left eye, I could feel the pressure pressing against my eye, the blurred vision as they lifted up the flap, the smoking or burning smell of the lasik when I stared at the green dots or light, the tool they adjust the flap back on.... I could feel it all. But the right eye not so much, just the huge pressure and the blurry vision. After the procedure was over, I was guided to the other room, and out the waiting room already. I was given written instructions to follow up the day of, the day after to a week of what to avoid and what to do for recovery process. Eye drop medication to apply, Artificial tear drops, eye shields and protection sunglasses too all including in the take home kit. The first night was the hardest, no face wash and avoid water in the eyes. Slept with the eye shield and applied eye medication. I would recommend to stick with everything that they told you! It's been finally a week, my vision is still a bit blurry but 20/20 vision according to Dr Patel (from the one week follow up appt). Needs to be patient with the healing process. Overall, I am glad I did it despite the discomfort and inconvenience for a couple of weeks or months.

Upon arrival for my appointment, they informed me that they are out of network for VSP. I mentioned that the person that scheduled my appointment assured me that they take VSP, they said then said that they do. They told me to pay for the appointment then and they would give me a receipt that could be submitted to VSP and VSP might reimburse some portion of the visit. Obviously, they are out of network and don't take VSP. What a waste of time. Not fun getting jerked around either...

He wrote a prescription without talking to me about astigmatism. I can't wear my glasses without getting dizzy. When checking out, the desk staff was pretty rude. Then I got a reminder to attend my follow up? For what? They automatically scheduled me for two appointments without checking my schedule or asking me to attend. It feels very paternalistic, doesn't feel like I was involved as a participant in my care. I didn't feel comfortable there and won't go back. Why should my insurance (or a patient) pay for appointments every three months if there's no ongoing treatment?

He had a cornea transplant surgery done a few days ago not only did we have to wait over 4 hours to even have the surgery but the procedure it self took over two and a half hours ....,keep in mind my father could not have his hearing aids in for the procedure......when the surgeon came out and spoke with me he said boy your father became very figidy on the table and he even had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the procedure I am not sure the procedure will even be a success .... As we were leaving he spoke harshly to my father again stating "why did you move so much the transplant may not take now ".....when I talk to my father he said boy was he mad at me he kept yelling at me don't move and why are you moving your ruining my work my dad said I wasn't even aware I was moving .....Well here's where I have a problem with all of this if you were so concerned about my father moving would it have not been a better idea to maybe lightly sedate him and also take into consideration he is. 89 and didn't have his hearing aids in so he is likely not able to hear you well and perhaps you should have something that steadies the head during the surgery.......fast forward to the next day the f/u office appointment the doctor was examining his eye and again became very upset because the transplant did not look how it should he then said to my dad in a condescending way I told you to lay flat on on your back at home did you even do that my dad said yes I did exactly what you told me.. The doctor then stated I need to put another air bubble in your eye to hopefully save the transplant you will have to lye flat for an hour before you leave here.....The office was also very outdated and not supplied well and short staffed on all Visits. He also spoke very gruffly to his assistants ... we came back the next morning and my dads eye patch was on a little crooked because it had slid down he then once again spoke very condescendingly to my father saying this is not the way you wear the eyepatch it's all on wrong he then abruptly removed and replaced it.....in the end the cornea was in place and beginning to heal ...while I don't expect the doctor to be all sunshine and roses about everything I do expect that he would show his patients the same respect that he would want himself . Perhaps moving forward he will keep this case in mind and change things up a little bit for the next person....

I am extremely THRILLED with the results of my ICL (Implantable Contact Lenses (Visian ICLs))!!!!…read more I had never heard of this procedure before seeing Dr. Sheth, but he explained all of the options. I was not a candidate for lasik beacuse my cornea wasn't thick enough but could choose either PRK or ICL. It is scary to think that another doctor at a different lasik center had said I could do lasik, because it could have damaged my eyes and I never would have known the difference had I not sought a second opinion. Anyway, ICL is a procedure in which permanent lenses are implanted in your eyes through tiny incisions. It is great because it does not change the shape of your eye and the lenses can be removed if they ever needed to be. I started to see almost immediately. I could drive by day 2! The recovery is very easy - you just wear a shield over your eye to bed and put in drops. It was much better than what I heard my friends who had PRK had to go through. The procedure doesn't hurt and Dr. Sheth and everyone at the Sheth-Horsley Eye Center were great! Dr. Sheth explained what he was doing and made the surgery quick and smooth. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who is tired of wearing glasses or contacts! I now have better that 20/20 vision and am so glad to trusted Dr. Sheth with my eyes!!!!!!

During the booking process, I completed all necessary paperwork, including submitting images of both my medical and vision insurance cards. Vision North lists United as an in-network provider on their website. After scheduling, I received multiple texts emphasizing their strict 24-hour cancellation policy and warning that unconfirmed appointments would be canceled. I confirmed my appointment several times. Then, on the morning of my appointment, I received a text at 7:23 AM informing me that my appointment had been canceled because Dr. Miller was unavailable--just three hours before I was supposed to be seen. Given their rigid policies, this was frustrating. At 8:13 AM, I received a call from the office offering me a later appointment at 11:00 AM with a different doctor. I rearranged my work schedule again to accommodate. Upon arrival, I checked in and was asked to wait. Shortly after, I was informed that my insurance was actually out of network and that I would be responsible for the full cost of the visit. At this point, it was clear that this office is completely disorganized and unprofessional so I left. In a city like Boston--home to some of the best healthcare in the world--this level of incompetence is inexcusable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Vision North.

After the exam, I was told I would only receive my prescription if I purchased lenses directly from the provider. When I refused, I was denied my prescription, pressured into a $700 rigid contact lens, and told I would no longer be accepted as a patient. My $200 exam fee was refunded, and the service was terminated instead of providing my prescription. I was also denied access to my medical records. This situation raises serious concerns under the FTC Contact Lens Rule, which protects patients' right to receive their prescription after an eye exam regardless of purchase. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Massachusetts Attorney General. Okay after reading these reviews.....I just had to write a review for this place.I did not have a negative experience like most of these people had (sorry not sorry) so this will be one positive review (as you can see by the amount of stars). Before I became a happy loyal customer here, I was originally with Lens Crafters. Now the reason why I left Lens Crafters was because one of frames that I had bought broke (which was an arm piece). When I returned to the store to get it fixed they told me that I would have to purchase a WHOLE NEW pair of glasses (we all know glasses ain't cheap) Till this day it didn't make sense to me because they didn't even bother to help me with my situation . All they told me was that my option was to get a new pair and that was it. (mind you I had insurance on that pair but it was useless) No discounts,no offers, no other options, nothing! Just buy a new pair. So I left and googled different eye doctor's and found all eye care doctor's near by. As a person who reads reviews before they head to a new place I was a little concerned at first but It was close by and a fairly new office so I decided to give them a shot. As soon as I walked in, the environment was clean and inviting. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately told them my issues and what I was looking for. (Sorry I am bad with names) but the nice lady who ended up helping me did above and beyond.I told her my issue that I had with my old frames and she took it upon herself to look up the company and see what she could do. After a few minutes went by as I looked around the store to kill time, she was able to find parts for me! Now it was in a different color but it still came out looking nice once it got shipped back after 2 weeks. I was totally satisfied. Once that issue was fixed I decided to bring my business to them. I booked my yearly eye appointment and came back for service. Yes the location was busy (which is obviously good for business) but that is normal for a successful doctor's office. As I went in each room for the exams, all equipments were wiped down before use and there were sanitizer bottles in every room (which is very good). It was a very quick and easy process once I got that part done. There was a wait to see the primary doctor (that's Dr. Idrizovic) but that is only because she takes her time making sure that your eyes are in good shape and that all questions and concerns are taken care of. I also wanted to switch to wearing contacts and she was very patient with me and taught me some techniques to make it easier. She did say that it will take some time to get use to, but I did it and been wearing contacts ever since. I appreciate doctor's who do not rush their patients in and out the room because that tells me that they actually care. If you can't wait a couple more minutes to be seen at a DOCTOR'S office then the status of your vision is not your primary concern. I rather wait longer knowing that when my turn comes, she is doing everything she can to make sure my eyes are in the greatest health condition they can be. I have been seeing Dr. I for a while now and I highly recommend this place and I plan to continue doing business with her. Based on some reviews I understand that many of you felt that some of these employees were pushy of selling their product but at the end of the day this is a business as well. The service I got here was awesome so please do not let all these negative comments keep you away. I gave this optical office 4 stars so that everyone will see my review. The optometrist and young female technician are wonderful, however the front lobby staff is the worst, they are rude, do not introduce themselves, you never know anyone's name and the office manager a truly rude older woman doesn't look at you, she looks through you and talks about you as though you are not there. You are only a dollar sign to her and she is adamant about your insurance all though you have your member ID card and Valid license, and proof of benefits ! If your insurance is less than full coverage you are beneath her. Everyone rushes you through and once they verify what your insurance is and you are just a blue collar worker than you can't browse in their showroom... after my vision exam a mid age Caucasian gentleman in a suit (really a suit?) beckoned me to sit at his desk he called out loudly to me 12 feet away that before I can look i needed to see the difference in insurance. ??? All he did was run off his mouth like a TV infomercial about how my current glasses that I purchased there 15 mo ago is now obsolete and that I needed the newest magnificent amazing technology of the new high end progressives.... the glasses I paid $10 for last year will now cost me over $700.00!!!! When I asked for what I had received just 15 mo before he said that Retail price was well over $500!!!! I think this company is in the Trump rich get richer mentality. When I requested my prescription and to pay my $10 co pay I was escorted yes....ESCORTED to the front desk where they argued with me and wanted to charge me for a retinal image which I had declined just 30 minutes before when I checked in.... the older woman still I am assuming the office manager said that if I did not pay for the 39.99 retinal imaging that I MUST have an eye dialation, at 630 pm I had no one to drive me and after the optometrist said my eyes were healthy and I did not need a dialation til next year it is just blatant price gauging! They charged me a $40 co pay when my vision insurance co pay is only $10... and they did not give me a copy of my prescription.... so to every one that is considering going to look for new glasses or frames here...DONT!!! you can definitely get a great Routine or comprehensive eye exam here because the DR and technician are wonderful.... but from there take your prescription elsewhere! Your wallet can't afford to be accosted by this staff! I wonder what kind of claim code they will use for my insurance.... because I know charging $30 over my co pay is just bad business! read more

I recently visited All Eye Care for my son and I at the recommendation of my cousin. I have had previous bad experiences with quite a few other doctors. So, I figured I would give All Eye Care Doctors a try. Well, I knew when I walked in that they were a great place for my family and I. First thing i noticed was how beautiful their office is and so many selections of amazing glasses. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and Dr. I and the rest of the doctors were so kind and helpful as well. I wish I knew everyone's name for I would thank them all for being so great! Honestly, this is the first time I've been to an eye doctors were i felt like they genuinely cared about me and any concerns or any questions I had. They were very upfront about costs and what my insurance will or will not cover etc. They have a wide array of beautiful frames and could almost fit any budget. My son opted for contacts and this went pretty well too! He was properly fitted and shown how to wear and remove them. I know eye care is their job but they make it their passion. From the friendly, and excited reception to the caring and informative doctors to my favorite part which is picking out my frames. These ladies were the best! They not only helped me find frames but helped me find frames that I loved. They helped me with what I usually get and helped tweek that not only into something new but something that really fits me and my personality. I felt they really understood and I found not only one but two pairs :) I never felt pressured or pushed into any purchase. They made suggestions at what I had inquired and found the best fit for my needs. I am very excited and very happy with my glasses and my son as well is very ecstatic about his contacts, I would highly recommend All Care Eye Doctors in a heart beat! The selection of frames is AMAZING ranging from basics such as Ray Ban to high-end selections such as Prada, Fendi & most importantly, Tom Ford. Tom Ford optical frames are extremely hard to find in optical stores due to Tom Ford having such strict policies for who gets to sell their product; they have to actually approve the location that they are being sold in, so you know it's a top-notch place if they've got them! Aside from the great selection of frames and sunglasses, the timeliness in which you receive your products, whether that be ordering contacts or getting new frames, is remarkable! Both times I have bought a new pair of frames they were ready within 1-2 days MAX. In terms of ordering contacts, you can either get them delivered to the store which might be a day or so faster, or delivered to your home which is still super fast (received within 2-3 business days). Now the really important thing, the actual care you receive. Whether it's the receptionist, the assistants working the floor to help you choose your glasses, or the actual doctors themselves, all of the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I have been seen by multiple doctors, including Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic, with all of whom the professionalism and care is 100% consistent across the board. No matter which doctor you see, your care will be excellent. Also, just a side note, the cleanliness of this office is fantastic. It still looks brand new even though it's been fully functioning for 2+ years. One last, and one of the more important things for me, was the availability to get an appointment and the late hours they are open. It makes getting to the eye doctor so much less of a hassle! Let me tell you, back in 2016 I said we would never return...well 2-2018 we returned thinking it would have gotten better..NOPE even worse. There's a gentle man there that is so pushy for sales they must not pay hourly only commission. He tried convincing my wife to purchase a few high end frames that literally made her look like a female URKEL. its a good thing my wife's eye were dry and they could not finish her exam. We paid our co-pay even though the exam was not complete so I said when we come back after the her treatment for dry eyes to complete her eye exam there will be no co-pay and they agreed. A few weeks late we go in and finish the exam and they tried to charge us a co-pay again...the lady at the front said we had to pay..I said no because the exam was not complete, she replied yes there's still a co-pay again.. I said oh no no...She said I'll waive it this one time bull shit line and that even ticked me off more.. I said no its not a waiver of the co-pay... the exam was never complete last time, and it went on, and on. To make it a short story here, we took my wife lens prescription and went else where to purchase glasses.. and if All Eye Care is reading this my wife bought 2 pairs of glasses just about a mile away from you all and there not URKEL glasses...and there was not even one ounce of pressure looking for the frames or lens option. The new place my wife got 2 fully loaded transition lens even with polarization too. That gentleman you have working there is pushing your customers right out the door like he did to us....We go to Station Landing a LOT, we go to all the places in there and its just a shame that you crook's are in there... read more

I had a great experience at All Eye Care Doctors. I just recently moved to Boston from Houston and I wasn't aware of medical and insurance system here. I do carry BCBS insurance. They explained me very well about my insurance coverage and medical system. First of all I went to this place at 7 pm at closing time and Dr. I allowed me to come (which is very uncommon nowadays specially if you are a new patient) and did the full check up for my eye infection issue and spent decent time in doing diagnostics and explaining me the situation. In fact in 24 hrs condition I started feeling much better which I wasn't expecting. She knows the best. I felt like I have known Dr.I for a long time even though it was my first visit. Her staff is very friendly too. They always welcome you with smile regardless of how busy they are or how many patient they have which is definitely a plus point. Oh they would not let you forget about your appointment and doing a great job in follow up with you. Another plus point is they would work with your schedule. I was not able to make up my follow up visit due to work load and they did a great job in rescheduling with my earliest convenient time. I would definitely recommend anybody to go visit Dr I. She would explain you the best in layman term without using very doctorate terms so you would understand your eye physical condition very well instead of googling or assuming medical terms that you would have never heard before. I was very impressed with my experience and I would definitely consider Dr. I as my primary Eye Care Doctor for sure. read more

I needed to have an eye exam so i searched for one near my home and found All Eye Care, so i gave them a shot and was glad i did, i have a very tight schedule in my profession and they accommodated me better than any other eye dr. ever did, i decided to get contacts this time (first time contact wearer) Dr. Idrizovic took allot of time with my appointment trying to get my prescription perfect, also trying different lenses on and sent me on my way with trials to try (4 different brands). her main focus was to get me the most comfortable lens possible, there are allot of lens types and manufacturers out there, i was having issues with the initial trial lenses she provided so i called and spoke with Dr. Idrizovic and she asked me to come down for a new set of trials and when i arrived they were ready for me and she even took the time to have me sit down and check my eyes as well as double check the fitment which was fine, this time around i found the perfect set. Dr. Idrizovic is a very caring and proficient Dr, as well as her lovely staff. they remember me and call me by name as i walk in which i find to be great. (makes me feel like a friend and not just another patient) everyone told me not to buy contacts from the Dr's office as the prices are always higher, so i researched the costs to be prepared and when it came down to ordering contacts the prices she provided me were lower than online (huge bonus) give them a try , you will not be disappointed . I had a great experience at this place. It is very clean, everyone went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, they know me by name now. I was having a hard time finding a place that would take my insurance and I finally came Across All Eye Care. They take all insurances and they were happy to help me find some ways to receive discounts as well, such as making sure I was aware of a large rebate on my newly bought contacts. I was so impressed with Dr. Idrizovic that I had my Father (who has Vascular Dementia and has a hard time communicating what he sees) go and see her for an eye exam. It was clear that the doctors before All Eye Care gave him glasses that barely allowed him to see because his difficulty in communicating with them. Dr. I was willing to give him a second opinion and was very patient with him. Her and another Doctor did a full exam on him on the same day to double check all results. We purchased the lenses she recommended. He has had the glassed for a few days now and we're seeing great improvements, plus they look great! I also decided to purchase Halloween contacts from them and will be getting them tomorrow. My Mother was impressed with All Eye Care when we brought my Father and she has already scheduled a visit for herself. William Shakespeare once said "The Eyes are the window to your soul". However, once Dr. Idrizovic gave me my initial exam last year, I discovered that the eyes are the window to any health problem you may have. Thank God, I am relatively healthy. I have worn glasses since I was in second grade and know the cost of frames and lenses; you really do get what you pay for. I absolutely love my $400.00 Silhouette frames; I just ordered a new pair today!! I can't wait. Ade is my girl and has remembered what I ordered last year, especially with some of the accessories I like. All Eye Care has some of the state of the art technology where as I mentioned in the first paragraph, they literally take pictures of your eye ball and can see what's going on in your eye; I was fascinated so much so I came back this year and dropped another $1190.00. I have been to so many optometrist over the years and I can honestly say that I feel welcomed when I go to All Eye Care, I trust their professionalism and will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants someone to look you straight in your eye and tell you what's going on with not only your prescription but who knows that you must be on cholesterol medication because of some spots in your eye. I have been a regular at All Eye Care for about a year now, which doesn't sound like much but within that year I probably visited close to 16 times. I had a bacteria infection that needed some serious help, and thankfully they were open on a Saturday. The entire staff was very concerned about the entire thing and Dr. Ram told me to contact her at any time if it got worse. Within 2 weeks my eye was healed, they are very knowledgeable and work hard to give the best care needed. A month later I got an ulcer in my eye, very unfortunate but once again, they provided excellent care and it was healed once again. They were concerned and interested in building an actual relationship with me. Yes, at times they are very busy and you have to wait, but trust me I've seen their operation from all angles and they do there very best, many days I was in and out in 15 minutes. Yes, they want you to buy their glasses that are designer and on the pricier side, but that is about running a business. The billing and health insurance has gone well for me. From the ladies at the front desk to the owner Dr. I, it is a great place that offers very high and professional service. They have helped me have healthy eyes with great prescriptions. After moving from out of state, I finally decided it was time to look for a new eye doctor. They were super sweet & my exam went great, but what really left an impression on me was a week after my initial exam when I went back for a follow up & to order contacts. I had just lost my job the day before & at first I was getting frustrated because the two Doctors that were helping me kept telling me that it's the best deal to order a years worth of contacts even after I had said several times I just want the smallest amount possible right now. So finally while speaking to Dr. Idrizovic I decided maybe my job loss was worth mentioning. She was so sweet & so helpful about it! Her sincerity proved that they were not trying to upsell me to make a better sale, but truly trying to save me the most in the long run. While I appreciated that, she totally understood where I was coming from & why I would like to place a smaller order at this time. She even went as far as to offer me enough daily contact samples that I would have a pair for each day while waiting for my order to come in. I had an amazing experience here at All Eye Care Doctors, both the staff and Dr. I were outstanding and very attentive. I went over the course of two weeks since I got both lenses and contacts and had to go for a follow-up to finalize my contact fitting. Both times I was there things were very positive. Dr. I was very thorough in her examination and explanation of my eye health and potential issues. I felt at home and very satisfied. This office is not just a vision place as it operative as a medical office for eye issues so they take not only vision but also medical insurance; this was great to know given that if there is ever an emergency with my eyes I know where to call. For all those people posting negative reviews about it being packed and appointments taking forever, one piece of advice would be to not wait until the end of the year when everyone is trying to spend their FSA and insurance benefits and when it's more calm. You can't expect thorough service but then complain of wait times to see the doctor. Anyway, like I said, great experience here. Kind of disappointed I didn't find them sooner! I would definitely recommend All Eye Care in Medford! I went for my first appointment the same week the apartments above the building flooded, so they were understandably dealing with a lot at the time, but the staff was all welcoming and kind. There were also some unruly patients that Dr. Idrizovic had to handle so she stepped out of our appointment a couple of times, but she was apologetic and overall it was a positive (if not longer than expected) experience. I then went to Xavier to get more information on frame options - he was very knowledgeable and personable and helped me pick out a pair that I LOVE. When I went back for my follow-up to determine which pair of contacts I wanted to get, Dr. Idrizovic was very helpful and explained a few different options that I had to combine frames/contacts etc. so that I could make an informed decision, and one that fit my budget. My glasses were ready the next day (!!) and my contacts came in just a few days later. Xavier is a true god among men and was so flexible with my insane grad school schedule. Me and my mom have been patients of Dr. I for very long time, maybe for 5 or 6 years. All Eye Care is the best place that I had ever been. I had been going on my exams since this place is open and I enjoyed every single minute there. All Eye Care have awesome service. The reception staff is excellent, they are very nice, kind and helpful. For Dr. Idrizovic I can say that she's excellent at her work and most important is that she's very professional. She care about all of her patients and she will do whatever it take to fix your seeing problems. Dr. Idrizovic is very helpful and she explains everything in detail. She's always willing to help in founding prefect glasses for her patients and also she always give discount. I had an amazing experience at All Eye Care. I was in Boston for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a broken pair of glasses and no eye exam done in the past two years... Being away from home, I was in trouble. I did some Google searches on local optometrists and I settled on All Eye Care. I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for the same day appointment! Walking into the office, the staff was just so incredibly nice, and helpful... They even remembered me by name. After I filled out my paperwork the wait was minimal. I enjoyed the office atmosphere and the gallery of eye and sunglasses while I waited. They had all the latest styles and I just couldn't resist to two pairs of frames. Dr. Idrizovic was professional, easy to talk to, and she answered my questions very thoroughly without trying to upsell me. She went beyond in diagnosing my vision, and made me feel completely informed and at ease. I've been going to All Eye Care Doctors for a few years now, and I have to say I'm quite pleased with their service. The location is in such a convenient spot right off the T, and the inside is very comfortable. Every time I go I usually don't have to wait very long to be seen, which is important for me because I have a busy work schedule. They always have my contacts in stock, and when they don't they normally get them the next day. So I don't have to wait weeks to get my yearly supply. My last recent appointment I wanted to get a new pair of glasses to replace my old pair which was about six years old at this point. I was really satisfied with their stylish selection of frames, and the guy was super helpful. Within two minutes he helped me decide on a pair which I absolutely LOVE. Originally I was only going to wear these at night so my contacts wouldn't bother my eyes as much. But since buying these I have worn them almost everyday, all day just because I like how they look! My experience was a positive one from start to finish. From the second I called to make the appointment the service was upbeat and very friendly. The staff was engaging and excited to actually make my appointment. My arrival was more of the same. A lot of smiles from the moment I walked in. The team was attentive throughout my appointment and made going to the doctors enjoyable. While I was waiting (for a very short time) a lady came out to check on me to make sure I was seen....come to find out it was Dr. I. She was personable and took the time to ask me good questions. She wasn't pushy in the least as I see others have made that comment. The entire team was spot on with their customer service. The follow up was wonderful and the follow through even better as I got my glass in mere days when they stated up to two weeks. I would certainly recommend Dr. I and her team. I urgently needed a new pair of glasses before my big trip to overseas. Found Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic online with all the good reviews and decided to give her a try. The customer service was great, and by accommodating my limited time frame I got the appointment in two hours. The place looks sleek and trendy, and the staffing are all so friendly. Dr. Idrizovic is extremely nice, knowledgeable and thorough. I ended up having an eye exam and contact lens fitting/evaluation. I had some trouble the first night, so I emailed Dr. Idrizovic late at night. She responded back to me the next day showing sincere concern and care. She is so wonderful. I think I found the eye doctor for life. I will highly recommend her to everyone. I also want to mention two of the staffs, Ade and Matthew are so helpful and patient. I had an eye infection about 4 months ago and couldn't get in to see my regular eye doctor. I drive by here everyday on my way home from work and figured I'd give it a shot. They took me right away and took their time with me. I was treated and they set up a follow up as well. With a day I had relief. I felt I received such personal care I choose to switch for my annual appointment as well. I wear contact and have for the past 12 years. Following my exam I was provided with samples of several different contacts to try so I could choose what was most comfortable. I had never been offered this opportunity before, it was an amazing approach and I am in the most comfortable lenses I've ever had!! I also got glasses as well. Their frame collection is high end, which I do like. I found that again, they spent a lot of time with me making sure I was happy with my selection. The place was pretty easy to find and they have a small parking lot in the back as well which was convenient as it had just snowed and street parking were pretty tough at the time. The office is actually on the second floor when the staff kindly directed me when I was at the first floor office and I had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes after my appointment time before the Dr was ready to see me. Mostly because they would reach out to check your insurance beforehand so that was very helpful to cut down the wait time. The whole exam went very smoothly and Dr. Hussoin was very patient in answering all my questions. I was out with my new prescription in hand in maybe 20-30 minutes. I would highly recommend her for all your optometry needs !

But I needed to pay for a new eye exam fully out of pocket because my insurance already paid for their useless service. They just took my money and basically confirmed my old prescription and did absolutely nothing! They basically don't know what they arre doing! Plus the office is very old and the instruments they use very outdate! They keep the contacts in ziplock bags on a old wood bookshelf! Never again!

Finally I switched to Dr. Phillips fully and got my first eye exam with him this year, and I found out my prescription was -.75 TOO STRONG!!! And that is why I was tired all the time, getting frequent headaches, and having trouble focusing when switching from small to big or big to small screens, and was struggling to drive in the dark or when tired. I am SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE and my quality of life has improved IMMENSLY. Dr. Phillips told me he starts from scratch to avoid bias, and I am so so grateful for that. He will take his time to make sure the precription is correct, not just lazily bump you up -.25 and call it a day like my previous eye doctors would. The customer service is also amazing. Everyone is so helpful and warm. And also, I've not experienced the feeling of being "ripped off" as some have claimed. My insurance covered nearly everything just as it should--actually the exam was cheaper than at previous eye doctors. It was my previous eye doctors who I felt wanted to rip me off, as they kept trying to charge me for an expensive preventative exam to "check on" a freckle in my eye, at every visit, which I did not need. Dr. Phillips did not seem interested in upselling me. Yes the frames are mostly designer, and therefore are expensive, but you don't have to choose them. There are other options. However the quality of the designer frames are second to none and they really care about getting it to fit just right and making sure everything is perfect. I do not understand the negative reviews. BEST EYE DOCTOR EVER!!

Extremely Disappointing After 10 Years…read more I've been a customer of Pro Optical for nearly a decade, but this latest experience was unacceptable and ended any future business with them. Despite my insurance covering services, I was billed extra fees just to receive a prescription and for services clearly marked as included. I ordered glasses and specifically requested they use my current prescription. The doctor had provided a placeholder for a stronger option, but I told the associate I did not want to use that for at least one pair. They ignored my request and ordered the glasses with the stronger prescription anyway. My wife returned the glasses on my behalf and explained the mistake. They dismissed her and insisted the order was correct. I couldn't get there myself without taking time off work, so I waited until my next appointment. When I explained the issue in person, I was told flatly: "That's your problem." I was stunned. No accountability. No apology. No interest in fixing their error. This business prioritizes billing over patient care. After 10 years, they showed no regard for loyalty or basic customer service. Avoid Pro Optical and take your business somewhere that values its patients.

He made it so easy I thought this was pretty simple, standard stuff. Apparently not! My new optometrist, uh, to put it politely, does not seem to have Dr. White's skill or understanding of prism in glasses. I now realize Dr. White really knew his stuff, which made my optometrist visits a lot easier!
