Omg, i seem them start two months after me and finished before me. They did a amazing job and I seem them working on there pool while my bluefin pool builder just care about the Check due every 2 months and know with failing inspections, they asking for more money. I didn't get all family pools in my backyard but only two houses from me, what I seemed and heard while they work, they did a amazing job because finished in 7 months and started two months after me and I am at 14 months failed inspections and bluefin pool keep selling pools in the neighborhood without getting my done because I refuse to give them the okay to go around the city and avoid permits. Please do not waste time on this business coming out to your home. I spent 2 hours of my time on 8-31-16 with Mike discussing this project in depth. As a profession, I find it unacceptable that I was told I would have designs by the following Friday, and now 2 weeks later I am told this job is too big and their business it too plentiful to even provide anything. There was a lack of professional standard entirely as I had to reach out to Mike today to even learn this info on my own. Terrible customer service from a company who will not be given the honor of fulfilling our backyard needs! About two months ago I contracted All Family (Michael) to pour concrete on our front yard. His name was given to us by a landscape designer. Michael was very professional since our first meeting. A few unforeseen problems did arise due to the landscape design but , Michael was able to get past them and proceed. The time line was met. His helper (Paul) was knowledgeable. He showed a genuine concern for doing things right. I am a perfectionist and expected Michael to give me great results. He did and I have had numerous visitors with great compliments. If there was the choice to give zero stars I would. If you are considering All Family Construction, think twice! Do not use this company. Mike is so arrogant and rude. He treats his employees like crap and I have heard each one of them in the yard complaining about him. He has gone through several employees even just while on our pool job. If you want to wait and wait and wait for your project to be done....and done half ass, Mike is your guy. Mike has no people skills or communication skills. He is just rude! What should have taken no more than 8 weeks has taken 16+ weeks. Why? Because Mike and his team do not show up. They go days and weeks without showing up and just leaving the job hanging. I had 3 people show up asking me who I was using to do my pool and I told them do not use this guy! Seriously. Do not. They have disrupted my life for four months and done a half ass job. Mike has not show up for weeks, but today when he knew there was a check left, he shows up to collect it and looks around for 2 minutes. All his employees hate him. They just need a job. My yard has such bad energy in it now I want to move! And besides from his bad energy, they screwed everything up. Even the inspector shook his head at this guy's work when he came! I never take the time to write reviews, although I often review a business's yelp rating before I call for services. With Michael Leonard's All Family Construction, when I found out about him, it was from a glowing referral from a neighbor. We had pondered putting in a pool for some time, and I was asking everyone I knew who had a pool, about their experience with their contractor. I watched my neighbor's job across the street going in, and I was curious. I asked how they were doing with All Family, she said they were great to work with and the only issue she had was they were going too fast on her project and she couldn't decide fast enough on the materials she would choose! That was one problem I could deal with! I called Michael, as well as a two other companies, and had them bid my project. In dealing with all three companies during the bidding process, Michael was the most responsive to me with getting back with drawings, revised pricing, etc. Also, what a pleasure to work with. I opted to go with All Family, and I was so happy I did. Michael initially gave me an estimate of 8 weeks for completion of all hardscape, and me being very cynical and growing up around numerous construction projects over my lifetime, I know when any contractor gives you a time schedule, it is usually pretty safe to expect it will be at least a few weeks beyond that date. To my surprise, Michael actually delivered my pool, all hardscape completed, in 6 weeks! They still had some minor touchups here and there, but the majority was complete. As the job was progressing, Michael was also very flexible with me when it came to changing a few details here and there. He stuck to the timetable and to the original quote. The only things he charged me more for were extras that I added on as the job progressed. As a seasoned consumer and a real estate agent, Michael and All Family Construction exceeded all of my hopes for my pool project. And they are really All Family, Michael is a Jr., and his dad Michael Sr. works along with him! Thanks Michael and the rest of the crew for the backyard of our dreams! read more

We first came across All Family Construction from a neighbor of ours. They had a patio and patio cover put in and loved their experience with Mike. After our own experience with Mike we would highly recommend Mike and All Family Construction to anyone. They did such a great job on our pool, patio and patio cover. From the very start Mike's goal was to get us what we wanted and at the best price possible. He did an amazing job at listening to what we wanted and came up with a design that met our needs perfectly. Throughout the entire building process he explained what was happening each step of the way and was always happy to answer any and all questions. We did run into a few unexpected problems, such as a large boulder in the pool area, and Mike went above and beyond to give us options and advice on how best to solve the issue. We now have a pool that exceeded our expectations and a yard that feels like an extension of our home. We would also like to say a how much we appreciate his work crew.
