WOW is all I can say! I read so many positive reviews of the service and quality so when we were looking seriously at installing flooring, I knew this is where I wanted to go. Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie! Second, the team who came to install the flooring was employed by this company, not a contracted out group which to me means they take pride in their work as it reflects directly on the company. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up any footprints along the way, and in one difficult spot they took the time to really figure out how to make it work correctly the first time. My husband actually used to lay flooring years ago and even he was impressed with the quality of the work! We are so happy to have consistent flooring now throughout the house and I can finally relax and have guests stay without worrying about carpet holding smells that I am nose-blind to! I will add better photos once our house doesn't look like a war zone with moving furniture and we put down the fancy baseboards we ordered! This is a review for anyone that has tile floors and wish to transition to wood floors. First, my wood floors turned out beautiful. The team that laid the floors were professional and efficient. You can tell that this team has worked together for quite a while because everything flows smoothly. Abel, Peter, Elijah,and Daniel were their names. I suggest that you asked for this team when it comes to laying down your floors. So the company gets an A+ for laying down wood flooring. Also the office rep whose name is Jacquie gets in a plus because she went out of her way to ensure we chose the floors we needed. She goes above and beyond when it comes to helping the clients. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm sure the company gets a lot of business because of her wonderful customer service. And most important the company gets an a++ for pricing. You cannot beat their pricing anywhere, believe me I tried. I suggest if you find a wood sampling that you like at another store bring it to their store and if they can beat the price. I did that a few times and they always came about $2.50 under the asking price of the other company. Now there's a few things to be aware of that I learned doing this process if you are changing your floors from tile to Wood. I went with the dust free company that they use but that does not mean you will not get dust over everything because there are other processes like laying down the float and dealing with it. it produces a lot of dust in your home. I had to dust every article in my home and cabinets when the process was completed. I would definitely recommend that you speak with the team that they use to come out to take up tile to ensure that they cover all of your items in your bookshelves and on your counters completely or you need to ensure that there is nothing left out on any counters. So, if I could critique anything I felt that the team that came out to break up tile could have done a much better job at covering the bookshelves and the things on the kitchen counter. But now I know, so I'm passing on this information to others. Also another thing to be aware of if you are getting tile taken up. You will definitely get damaged to your baseboards. I was not aware of that and I didn't have any issues in the room that had carpet in them but the baseboards in the rooms that the tile were taken up looked pretty bad because the paint was pulled up off of the baseboards when they took up the shoe mold or quarter round. When they do this, it also takes off some of the paint from your baseboards and you will be left with baseboard shock like I was because I wasn't aware of this beforehand. So I ended up spot painting all the areas that the paint came off of my baseboards and that fixed the problem but I just wasn't aware beforehand that pulling off the quarter rounds would peel off your paint from your baseboards. So just be aware and plan to either repaint your baseboards after your wood is put down or replace them. Now, if they are just pulling up carpet you will not have this issue. So in the end even with the issues with the baseboards due to the tile being pulled up and having to touch up my baseboards I would do it again because my floors look beautiful. The grout was breaking away from the tile in my master shower, allowing water to penetrate the walls. Because of that I knew it needed to be re-tiled, plus I hated how it looked - dark, cave-like and difficult to clean. I'd contacted a couple of other companies to do the job, but was told that the waitlist was long and work wouldn't begin for months. I walked into floors & more on a whim, while shopping at the nearby Lowe's, and I'm really glad that I did. I have zero talent for interior design...ZERO. I had no idea how I wanted the new shower to look, just a bunch of ideas from Pinterest. Immediately Jacquie was asking to see my ideas, offering tile pairings, even allowed me to take a bunch of store samples home to think it over. Best of all, her guys could get started on my project in a week or two! After settling on which tile to use and the general layout, I paid 50% up-front and the job was scheduled. The guys spoke just enough English for us to communicate, but I wasn't always confident that they understood me. I'm not one to hover over people, inspecting their work, so I pretty much just trusted that what I wanted had been clearly explained to them, and that they knew what to do. For the most part, that was the case. There were only a couple of installation hiccups, which were handled quickly by Jacquie. I was also pleased that the guys in the demo crew also installed my tile, so the number of new people coming in and out of my house was minimal. The guys were very respectful and polite. Jacquie also was very accommodating when I didn't like the floor tile that arrived, and wanted to change it. From demo day to completion, my project took about two weeks; the only delays were due to shipping time for my special-order trim, and also by ME because I didn't really know what I wanted or what I was doing. It's been almost a year since my new shower was completed, and still, I am very happy with the work done by all floors & more. In the future, I plan to tear out the bathtub and put in a tiled shower in my guest bathroom and hire them again for both ordering the tile and the work. I feel like their rates are very reasonable and they were very easy to work with, and patient with me. I appreciate that so much. I'd definitely recommend all floors & more. read more

Stay away from this business! We recently commissioned this business to install LVP and carpeting work. Firstly, the measurements were inaccurate. Grossly overestimated the materials which meant I had to pay more. I had highlighted to them that the carpet estimation was much higher than other companies that quoted me, but they insisted their measurement was accurate. Then the LVP was very unprofessionally installed, and they never return unused planks which I had requested. No one came over to inspect the job after completion. Do not be fooled by their prices. Overestimation means you end up paying more. read more

We wanted Engineered hard wood installed for our upstairs, stairs included. I spoke with Jacquie at All Floors and More. She was easy to work with, was patient with me about scheduling, and offered a good price. She said it would take 3 days possibly 4 at the most. We had 1500 sq ft, including closets and stairs. Jacquie sent out Manuel and his crew. They were done in 2 days! 4 guys worked morning to late evening and did a beautiful job! AND they moved my furniture back and left the area clean. I had major damage from the Winter Ice Storm and needed nice but reasonably priced carpet and tile. Jacquie was very knowledgeable and gave me great options. The carpet install went off without a hitch. A different contractor crew did the luxury vinyl install. Unfortunately I didn't have the baseboard installed when they came (I realized too late that the remediation crew had thrown all the original baseboard out) so they couldn't install the trim. They very kindly said they would come back to install the trim. Almost 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting. I've lost track of how many times I was promised they would "call to schedule it" and I never hear back. I paid for 100% install but I'm stuck at 90%. Very disappointing. Update: After my previous Yelp review it still took three days but finally my trim has been installed! Thank you so much Jacquie for your persistence. You (not the store) came highly recommended and you are the reason I will recommend your store in the future. As the only in-store employee I've ever seen working there, you probably don't hear it enough but thanks for all that you do! I teach service recovery so I know what it takes to go from a 3-star to a five star review... A personal phone call (or Yelp response ) from the boss expressing how important customer satisfaction is to him and his commitment to get it done right combined with next day job completion would have earned 5 stars. read more

Everything was good and the vendor (Jacquie) was great with suggestions and communication for everything entailed. The installers did show up without their masks, but we didn't really say anything. If this is an issue for you, make sure to let them know beforehand. The installers did answer all my questions and did a good job of moving furniture with care. They also cleaned before they left. The pricing is very reasonable and along with the great customer experience, I truly recommend this location. read more

We purchased 4000 square feet and stairs treads for 2 staircases from All Floors and More. The floors look fantastic (see pics below), and we received excellent customer service from Jacquie at the Cypress location. Their prices are equal to, or better than, the big box stores (they will price match), and you get personal customer service from someone that knows your name, understands you schedule, and gives it personal dedication. Installers took my pliers and I haven't been able to get them back after numerous patient requests. I can not recommend this company when their employees take things and don't return them. It may have been a mistake that the tool was taken but there is no excuse for keeping what is not theirs. read more

We just had approximately 600 square feet of flooring redone by All Floors and more, Cypress. After 8 years of living here, the carpeting and hardwood floors were in need of change from what the builder had installed. We stopped at All Floors and More and spoke to Jacquie. She was very knowledgeable and directed us to the vinyl plank flooring. Their selection is great and gave us the sample (approximately 6ft2) to take home to see how it would look. We liked what we had found and ordered enough for the master bedroom, replacing carpet, and also the study, entryway, and dining room, replacing dark and scratched up hardwood. We also found a complementary design and ordered enough for the stairs and second floor landing, replacing damaged carpeting. They had openings for installation for the next week. Alex and his crew came, moved the heavy furniture, removed the carpeting and hardwood. They took care and kept noise and mess to a minimum. They were very professional and answered our questions and concerns. They finished the carpet removal and removal and reinstalling in entryway and dining room as well as most of the master bedroom. When they came back the next day, the bedroom, study and stairway was completed. They were perfectionists and ensured the complicated parts of the stairway landings were done professionally. I highly recommend All Floors and More-and will go back to them when we decide to do the rest of the carpeting upstairs, changing over to the vinyl plank. They are great! read more
