This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went the first time, but today was only for a small item return.. I noticed so much of their clothing is a higher quality than two of their competitor stores, however that was not what I came in for originally so went for what I was seeking. Truth is when the hubs went to his Mother's for the weekend a few weeks back and I was free to be me, shop; I came here for the first time, just to browse for things I may need for kitchen or baths. At any rate, everything was so nicely displayed, the store is very clean, the upscale clothing just beautiful....the Karl Lagerfield blouse I saw today when I ran in to return the small item well, I do believe I must have it so I will return this week. The clerks in the store are so very nice, helpful and even have a sense of humor too. Very nice experience...

Thanks G-D I found it in my car and returned to pay but the cashier wants me to do the long line agin. I know any customers can get mad for me to pay before them but it would be fine to wait a couple customer to be attended for the same cashier ( 4 cashiers where open) and then just pay all the things I left. Literally took me 5 min to get the car and find my wallet Which carring my baby all the time. Far to be a kindness store.

We had a blast and enjoyed the super cute decor. We both had tea, and my sister had a grilled cheese and I had pasta and soup. It was crazy busy as expected, but we had a lovely time. Also, their shop dog is absolutely precious and we enjoyed watching him (I think) making his rounds. Too cute!!

They did not participate in the yearly Ross markdown of items in store. Of course they have small sections of mark downs but when asked about it; they said it passed already when I indeed went everyday to try to find good sales. Their prices have gone up since the change over a matter of weeks and be careful when buying "clearance" items. They are marking items as clearance and charging same price as original tags. Might as well go Nextdoor to TJ MAX for better quality items and prices that match. This ROSS location is just up charging for the same damaged low quality items.

She asked the worker if she could adjust where she put the bags so she could see her way to her vehicle. The worker lady proceeds to say "Girl what". R u kidding me? What happened to southern hospitality? Thankfully, my brother helped the poor woman on his own. Is that not a part of their job? I guess not??? This place is not disabled ppl safe. My husband took it in and had it checked out. unfortunately, because the clock was so old, he couldn't repair it to its original condition- but he offered to rebuild it using batteries instead of the original winding This clock has such sentimental meaning to me, he did the work and I am so grateful. he did a great job and the clock is still working. Well today was that day! O M G, what a COOL place! They have everything you could ever want in here. I mean everything....furniture, western & regular wear for men, women and I think children too. Tons of home decor, food, spices, holiday decor, linens, pillows and sooo much more. I took a lot of photos to post. You will see what I mean about "everything". So many cool things to purchase. First, let me say, the ladies who work here are just the sweetest. They stop and ask if you are looking for anything special and take you right to it. I was looking for some new rain boots and I was hoping they had some. One of sweet ladies took me right to them. (Wish I would have found out her name) I found the cutest pair and she took them up to register so I could continue shopping. (I'll post a photo) My hubby is NOT a shopper but surprising he was with me on my visit here. He told me the restroom was the CLEANEST restroom HE HAS EVER BEEN IN! WOW! If you are looking for clothes for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, this is the place to go!!!! Also, this a great place for those special gifts for hard to buy people.
