Initially Steven was very attentive and interested in trying to assist me. After I sent a copy of my policy I never heard from them again even after I reached out for a follow up. I see this as shortsighted and poor customer service. I understand that insurance adjusters make their money off of a percentage of the claim, but a simple email informing the client that they don't have a case is proper follow through. Should I need an adjuster in the future, I won't use this company or recommend them to family or friends. The little things count.
