Great company!! Laura and Christian are fantastic. Helped me with a roof leak that occurred and it was highly recommended to work with a public adjuster to see if the reason was hurricane damage. I knew it would be hard to take this route with the insurance company and trusting an adjuster that was ethical. All claims was highly recommended by a family friend. After visiting the property it was discovered we did have hurricane damage and in about 6 months the claim was won. Smooth process and they will guide you and be honest with you throughout. I am not one to air out my business on The internet but I had such a good experience with this company that I felt compelled to acknowledge this business. I had a few leaks that sprung open after Irma. I was concerned about it because they were small but there were several of them. I had tiles lost and part of the roof seemed to have shifted. I felt that I needed a new roof so I called All Claim Solutions for a free appraisal before I called my insurance company. The adjuster came out and we saw what looked like a tornado pattern over my house and three of my neighbors houses. The tiles where ripped off in a circular pattern just like what you would assume a tornado would have done. I didn't know a lot of the laws and claims available. All Claims Solutions advised me that we all had a good claim and that I wasn't under any pressure to hire them but, I should consider hiring them to get as much fixed for less out of pocket. They took care of just about everything for me and my neighbors. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They are very professional and on top of everything I needed. They got me more than enough money to fix my roof and fence and everything I needed. I didn't claim the pool equipment because I didn't realize that it took a hit but, I had a little money leftover and I bought the equipment and am going to change it out myself. However, it does take a while to get an email returned, a call returned, or paperwork taken care of. My claim for the hurricane was settled after one year, and I am satisfied in how it turned out. Set up appointment. took off of work & they sent over two adjustors whom took no notes but after about 1/2 hour said someone would contact us within a few days. Well its weeks later & what a surprise no call back, no letter, just an absolute waste of time. What, too busy? Too small of a claim? I found their lack of follow up a miserable act of poor business practice. If time is of the essence, as it would naturally be in a case of hurricane damages, I would advise NOT to use this company. read more

We decided to work with this company after the hurricane Irma, based on a few good reviews that they have, and it was the worst mistake we ever did. They are extremely unprofessional and they did not follow up the case with us, their client. We were EXHAUSTED of keep trying to find information about our case. Not to even mention that they never called the insurance inspector to schedule a meeting to inspect our property. They are so unprofessional that every time we would call to see if we have an appointment for the inspection, Laura will ask us again and again the number of the inspector guy (she never even bothered to write it down and never called him,which it was obviously part of their duty ). We waited for weeks, months ..with no answer. If it wouldn't be for my husband who couldn't take it anymore and decided to do their job and made a 3 way call, so that we can have an appointment for the inspection scheduled, probably we would be still waiting now. Every time we called them for some information they would be bothered and they would say they are busy and that they will call back in 30 minutes. But this would never happen, they never call back. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE and be aware! read more

Any positive reviews made about this company must be from their family members or personal friends. Their lack of follow up is non-existent. Every time I call, I'm told "I have your file in front of me to get an update". Yeah, sure. When I did manage, miraculously, to speak to Laura, we scheduled a phone conference for a Friday. Instead, the day of the phone conference, I received a call from her assistant telling me that Laura would not be available and that she (Laura) would call me the following Monday. Still waiting. We contacted the All Claims Solutions team back in September, after we sustained damage from Hurricane Irma. Laura came out and visually inspected the damage and soon followed up with a scheduled inspection. From that point forward all communication between the insurer and I was conducted through All Claims. The inspector that represented All Claims was very professional and knowledgeable and we were extremely pleased with his representation. Overall, my wife and I are pleased with the outcome of the claim, as it was considerably more than we expected. The only complaint we have is that the communication between All Claims and our family could have been better. As stated, we contacted them back in September and we didn't settle until approximately May, and didn't receive the monies until the middle of June. Numerous phone calls were placed to Laura and her office, and it was very difficult to get updates on the status of our claim. We would recommend this company to any one looking for an adjuster, but we would have liked to have seen better communication on their end. Though, we can't complain about the end result. I used all claims solutions a couple months back and not happy at all with the experience. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I'm happy now after I went with another company who treated me as a person instead of just a claim number and a paycheck!!! I would never recommend these people to anybody. Not even to my worst enemy! After going to a new adjuster I received the customer service I deserve. Not to mention my claim is being processed (where all claims did not process anything in two months). Worst experience I have ever had! 08/18/2016 In response to Christian. I may have not received a contract at the moment when you were at my house. However you did come to my house look at the moisture and also snap a couple pictures before mentioning to me that before I make a claim I need to get a plumber out here to fix the problem. After doing so (having a plumber fix/asses the problem) I then forwarded the plumbers report to Laura. Along with many emails asking for an update. Did I have a contract when you left house(due to technicality)? No I did not have a contract when you left my house. Was I a customer of yours trying to get my house fixed? YES I WAS and I have email to prove it. Not to mention that when I mentioned (in a moment of frustration and desperation) "By the time this gets processed and the claim is closed it will be even longer, maybe I should find somebody else" your response was "then, go somewhere else". So for you to say I was never a customer of yours after you were at my residence and after me forwarding my report to your company (with no response for months and no follow up what so ever) just solidifies my claim. It would of been nice if I knew that you were not "accepting" my claim. It seems to me that you were "over saturated" with bigger claims that I was just put on the back burner and forgotten.
