These people destroyed my wife's chances of being a vet tech. The summer before her application to the vet tech program at college, she asked them if she could intern for experience (unpaid). They worked her to the bone for the entire summer and when it was over, they said no. They told her they would not sign the paper because they didn't feel she got enough experience. SHE POSTPONED SCHOOLING to sit in on additional surgery's and help out in a desperate attempt to get them to commit to their promise which they agreed to, only to never get back to her afterwards and eventually act like they didn't know what she was talking about. You people are liars and theives. She worked for you for months for no pay. You destroyed her entire career. She didn't get accepted Becuase that paper was REQUIRED and you TOLD HER YOU WOULD SIGN IT. read more

Worst place to get a dental cleaning. After making an appointment and having my dog at the clinic, I was cancelled on by the staff. After making a second appointment and having my dog at the clinic I was cancelled on again. Both times, I was told my dog was not a priority. They have a policy that allows them to reschedule any pets that have an owner who works at the clinic. Because my wife works there, they found it easy to reschedule our dog. After addressing the issue, I was rescheduled an appointment 12 days later because they don't consider this a priority. read more

Had teeth cleaning done for our pups a year ago for 275.00 each....called this year and is was over 500.00. Have had them taken in for the last 3 years on a monthly basis for anal glands and nails and they ask who they are and what they are here for, sometimes they weigh them some times they don't. Had anal glands done one time and pups came home and immediately started scooting...called and had to take them back and they told me oh, we didn't do it on one dog. VERY over priced! We now take them to Banfield Pet Hospital attached to Pet Smart They are both on a plan and everything. read more

My elderly mother was in recently and treated like a dog and I don't mean well!! The young receptionist was unhelpful and condescending. My mother is raising her grandchildren and has a very tight budget and her dog is living in his last days. They took advantage of her and would not explain the policy. They wanted her to spend $250 for an unnecessary visit and pay triple the amount for her refill. She had been in several times and she could not afford a visit on that day in particular. All the while being treated poorly. If the front desk had been kind and patient I wouldn't be so angry. Maybe it's me but I feel like customer service is a lost art. After hearing my mother tell her side (in tears) I decided to write this review. If you knew my mother you would know that she is a kind and patient person... but I am not as patient. She is elderly and just needed help not HAND OUTS just a clear explanation and I guess the front desk couldn't be bothered! Ugh! read more

We've been taking our American bulldog to All For Pets for a little over a month for water treadmill therapy. He had 2 spinal surgeries, and was not walking. I'm happy to say that he is MUCH improved after 6 sessions, and walking on his own. The clinic is super clean, modern, the staff is amazing, and prices are reasonable. Put it this way...we gladly drive from Benton to Cabot weekly to see them...they are that good :) We highly recommend trying All For Pets for excellent pet care. read more
