Clearly not even wiped off. I ask the tech why it wasn't cleaned she said "well thats not my job". Its obvious this place can't do the small things right so how will they do the big things right. We complained after the service and they offered to return within 3 days to 'fix it.' We declined because nothing could have been done. I would never recommend this service. I likely wouldn't even go if it was 'free.' Each groomer was kind to me as a customer.

When I went to drop my sweet boy off to get fixed in the morning, the staff was rude and gave…read morelittle instruction about what would be happening that morning and what paperwork I needed to fill out (I was not spoken to unless I spoke to someone first). They took him back to weigh him and pushed him straight into a kennel that was much too small for him without even giving me a chance to say bye to him. When I asked about microchipping the woman rudely stated "we're not doing anything to him unless it's checked on that form" (there is no place to "check" for microchipping, or anything about it on the form, which is why I was asking the question). I cried on my way to work because I knew leaving him with them was a mistake. I called 3 times during the day to get an update on my dog and none of my phone calls were answered. When I went to pick him up at the end of the day his underside and legs were soaking wet, so wet he was leaving dripping footprints on the floor. When I asked the staff why he was wet, they said "he must have been licking, you better watch that" (shouldn't they have been watching it while he was in their care?? She also said this RIGHT after she told me to watch out for him licking his stitches...) When I stated he was SOAKING wet, the staff told me they didn't know why he would be, and that they "didn't think he went to the bathroom". I then asked if there was any way we could figure out why he was soaking wet, if there was water in the kennels, and if anyone had even been back there with him. They told me there was no water, and people were back there "off and on". Then I got a blank stare until I left. Since there is no water in the kennels and my dog could not have licked himself to the point of leaving dripping paw prints on the floor, my poor baby must have peed in his kennel (they don't take them to the bathroom) and had been laying in it for who knows how long. I'm also not supposed to give him a bath for 7-10 days... I understand accidents happen, but the staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional and did nothing to help figure out why he was DRIPPING. I saw so many great reviews about this place which is why I trusted them with my boy, but the staff that were there when my baby was fixed were a huge disappointment and I would absolutely NEVER take him back there. 0/10000000 recommend.
