They use very very…read morehigh sales pressures to make you sign their contract (you are not allowed to leave the office after the free course unless you sign up) the cost is 10k. Core strategy is total BS. It's taught only Monday through Friday and no one is around in the weekends, nobody. The course Does not teach you to trade. It teaches you to use their website. 4 out 5 days were wasted on how to rate the strength of a up or down trend on a chart which is not explained correctly at all. Most of the 8 hours each day is wasted on personal experiences of the instructor who No Longer works in any trading capacity at all! Most of the trading strategy does not work because the setup for the trades takes you an hour to set up. They only do day trading and if you want to take another course you have spend $2500 per course, that does not include the 10k. This is for gullable unemployed and retired people. Every one I spoke to that went through their program was frustrated and gave up. If you have a 8am-5 pm job m-f then can not do this program as day trading requires you to stare at charts from 9:30-11. I'm so upset that have to pay $250 every month for a program I can't even use. No one explains anything to you about this program. The instructor during core strategy tells you that you must take core strategy over 3 times to understand their trading approach. No Free Training: They advertise free trading training on all platforms this is a strategy to get you to their centers in person. All their trainings are overpriced. 2. High-Pressure sales Tactics: They get you optimistic into signing contracts ranging from $18,000 to $50,000 without transparency. 3. Cancellation Policy: Those contracts can only be canceled within **three days**. They will not tell you this. If you miss this window, you're stuck with the financial burden. In case of a dissatisfaction they force you into arbitration, to avoid the courts. 4. Learning how to trade is a 2-3 years learning curve. They will not tell you this because those so-called "education Specialists" are on paid commission from your money. You may loss money during the learning process because you don't know what you are doing. Do your research. Protect your financial and mental future! Preserve your right to litigate !

DO NOT (and I cannot stress this enough) DO NOT rent a property managed by these people. for the duration of my rental period my toddler and I have been harassed over (harmless) sidewalk chalk drawings. after years of harassment and after our lot was numbered (meaning each unit had a parking space) we resorted to me moving my car to a visitor spot so she can play with chalk. since the numbered spot is affiliated with my condo and I was required to register my vehicle. yet the harassment has not stopped. most complexes cater to their younger tenants and provide a playground. you'd think that'd be the case since our development is surrounded by busy roads. in addition to this I continue to receive fines for things such as my child's father parking in a VISITOR SPACE upon his visits with our child. these people take no accountability. they prey on children and mothers. their greed fuels them above all else.
