Everyone was nice, the patio was cut perfectly where I wanted it, they broke up and then moved several thousand pounds of concrete out of my back yard without leaving a mark on anything, and then cleaned up beautifully. I submitted a request for bids on Yelp and Aldo properly responded. While I was waiting to gather more contact s for bids Aldo reached out to me after 2 to 3 days to see if I was still interested, so I could tell that he had follow through and took his business seriously. Good sign. I was initially hesitant to use him due to the name of the company. I had it in my mind that I needed a landscaper to correct the sink hole, but I was wrong. Upon meeting, Aldo I was impressed with his punctuality and friendliness. He gave us a very fair bid for the amount of work to be done. My wife and I felt that he was the right fit and asked him when he could start. He had his crew began the work within two hours of signing a contract that day. They came in on budget, finished the work in the agreed upon timeline and returned the landscaping to pristine condition. I initially received bids from 4 different demo & hauling contractors, and A & M's team asked the right questions and showed they already had expertise and experience. Their pricing was also very competitive so I selected them. I have now gone back to Thiago for 6 or 7 other follow-up jobs and every time, him and his crew were always responsive, honest, hardworking, and they have always finished the job with the best quality and within the time frame promised. Thiago and his guys are my Go-To crew for any future demo and hauling jobs. They are all super honest and they have done an excellent job for me time and again. Often, if I see them working their butts off and sweating profusely, I would buy them pizza and/or Gatorade just to make sure I take care of them. I think that's the least we can do as customers - to take great care of the guys who bring the muscle and the physical labor, and we need to take excellent care of them.
