Jesse came out , kept us updated on a time of arrival, got here 15 min earlier then scheduled. My home was built in 2004 never had. Was insulating my garage door, and noticed it was super heavy to open and close. The original torsion spring was probably bad since the house is 15 years old, so had them come out. They replaced the spring and also a couple of bearings and it's running so much smoother and quieter now. They also have a pretty nice warranty period too.
