Have been coming to this place for quite some time now. Even before them, went to NV House of Hose until they closed and Allhose opened. Anyway! Always had great experiences with them. The hoses/line you get are top notch and the pricing is fair. Within the last year, I had some custom aluminum auto AC line made and it started leaking by the welds (because of my engine vibration, not because the welds were bad). I called them up and spoke to Heather. She said to bring it in with my original receipt and they would take care of the labor cost for me. Took it in recently and the welder gave some ideas on how to better the piece to prevent it from happening again (prob will because of the design flaw of my AC lines and how they run currently). A bracket was welded in to help curve the issue and the best part of it all, I didn't pay a single dime! I was expecting to pay at least something but Heather took care of me completely! Blown away. I had a disappointing experience at All Hose. I went in looking for a specific hose and showed an example of exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong hose. When I returned to the store to return it, I was told they could not accept the return. This resulted in a significant waste of my time and effort. I expected better customer service and assistance in resolving the issue. It was a busy Wednesday afternoon when I went into the store. As I entered, the sound of the Thunderbirds practicing overhead was deafening. Once inside, I was forced to listen to Santana. I don't know who picks the music, but I suspect it was Heather. While her musical tastes are questionable, it's a good thing she knows her job like no other. I presented her with a damaged hose that I needed to replace and they got right to work. I'm happy the replacement was quick so I didn't have to listen to her music for long. Heather asked me about my dog and demanded that I show pictures. I was hoping for an awesome dog discount, but that's not an option in the system. I came in to this location because a friend of mine had some hose needs and I was like, "I've got the inside track on the best hose in town!" We popped into this location and lo and behold! Been coming here for years. Typically great products and service. Today however...I seemed to be inconveniencing the staff. Literally no other customers when I walked in. Guy helping me didn't want to hear anything I had to say about what I needed. Made it wrong at first and mad he had to walk to the back and cut off an end. Keep in mind I literally brought what I needed in hand. Just needed a copy, which I tried to tell him. I even tried to show him a picture of it installed. He wasn't interested. Plus I got the privilege of still paying for the end he cut off. Great place for one off made products, but the staff dropped the ball today. There is a business right across the street that sells the same products...and the staff is ALWAYS nice. read more

I had gone to the south store to buy a hose to replace for an vehicle application and got great service. Yet, when I went home I had issue with installing a fitting. Once off work I stopped at this location and Jeff became not only a great tool to come to for any education, but provided hands on experience for me. I work with reclaimed wood and lately have been installing a lot of pallet walls, so when I came in town from LA for an installation I needed to make some major upgrades to my brad nailer rig so I looked like a pro going in. I'm more of an "artist" per se, ergot not too keen on the technical aspects of pneumatic tools, so Jeff was patient enough to take the time to help me piece together all the right connections. From diagnosing a problem on my faulty compressor (wouldn't regulate pressure properly) to piecing together the right parts to fix it to finding all the right length hoses for my nailers, Jeff took as long as I needed to not only find the parts but also show me how to fix my hose connections if they start to leak.
