The first time they came out for an emergency, they were awesome! First rate, so kind and…read moreprofessional. So when we had a non-emergency issue we called them to come out again. It was a different tech and ended up being quite a different experience. (The tech was nice, professional, and punctual.) Without typing out the whole fiasco experience, let's just say we won't be calling them back again. We were extremely disappointed since we were hoping to find a regular go to plumber for anything in the future. The problem is hopefully, permanently fixed but after we were told to buy the replacement kit/part which ended up being a faulty spigot and couldn't be returned because the technician took the box, the final 3rd trip, a $400.+ bill not counting the cost of the kit we ordered, and last but not least a very arrogant, rude co-owner who wouldn't let you get a word in.........well let's just say the pictures should speak for themselves. It was a lot of money for sloppy "shoddy" work. A spigot that's not the same as the original one we purchased/ordered, that's not flush with the tub and obviously angled down, and now 2 cutouts in the closet. Oh and look at the picture at what happened to the hot/cold plate that the Tech soldered. He never said a word about the damage. We didn't notice it right away. We had to replace it also ourselves. We can't honestly say that this was a good experience at all. A senior citizen retiree nightmare. Now we have to somehow either caulk the awkward wide gap ourselves or call a different plumber to fix this mess. We're not made of money and we sure don't think people are these days. Dishonest assessment of repair needed, overpriced quote of $5400, never received a copy of what I…read moresigned on an iPad, fear tactics used, high pressure to commit, was told I needed to replace water and sewer line, they were new PVC and replaced less than 3 years before when I bought my house-confirmed by another plumber, I paid a $2000 deposit on 4/18. Called several times to confirm what I was receiving because the quoted price was to replace both lines and I never received the quote, was sent to an AI bot, received a text back on 4/20 promising a full refund of my deposit. On that same day I called another plumber, he came out and fixed the cracked pipe at the meter box, exactly where the city water department employee said the crack was. Young plumbing said the pipe was not cracked there, that the leak was farther up the line and I need to replace the entire line. I will post the video of the leak on my facebook page and on all local group pages since I cannot attach it here. As of 5/29 I still have not received a refund. Young Plumbing cashed and kept my entire $2000 check, promised a refund, promised a replacement refund check, and now are not responding to my requests for my refund. I have filed a formal complaint with the South Carolina department of consumer affairs. An honest plumber came out on 4/20 and repaired the cracked pipe that was exactly where young plumbers said it wasn't. It took a couple hours, and I paid $225 total for the repair. A tree root had put pressure on the pipe and caused it to crack. The honest plumber saved me $5175.
